★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Dokter perlu lebih komunikatif agar konsultasi pasien-dokter lebih optimal sehingga pasien merasa puas dengan informasi yang diberikan
2. Petugas kasir/apoteker tidak profesional, ngasih obat kaya orang pasar ngelempar dagangan, ketika memberi obat ga ngasih penjelasan aturan pakai (kalo pasiennya tidak paham bagaimana?), attitudenya buruk karena ketika saya tanya balik soal aturan pakai eh malah nyolot, dua kali. Tolonglah profesional dan komunikatif kalo kerja apalagi bidang medis seperti ini. Jangan cuek bebek makan gaji buta.
1. Doctors need to be more communicative so that patient-doctor consultation is more optimal so that patients are satisfied with the information provided
2. The cashier / pharmacist is unprofessional, gives drugs like market people throwing merchandise, when giving drugs they don't explain the rules for use (if the patient doesn't understand how?), The attitudes are bad because when I ask back about the rules for use, they stop, twice . Please be professional and communicative when working especially in the medical field like this. Do not ignore ducks to eat a blind salary.
