★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat pembayaran tidak diberikan invoice secara detail untuk pembayaran setiap tindakannya. Setelah pulang dimintai transfer tambahan biaya tindakan, padahal sebelumnya sudah saya tanyakan jelas apakah biayanya sudah untuk kedua pasiennya. Sangat disayangkan petugas kasir tidak profesional. Mau bikin bintang 1, tp saya suka dengan pelayanan dokternya. Semoga ada kemajuan ke depan :")
When payment is not given an invoice in detail for the payment of each action. After returning home, they were asked to transfer the additional cost of the procedure, even though I had previously asked clearly whether the cost was already for the two patients. It's a shame the cashier is unprofessional. I want to make 1 star, but I like the doctor's service. Hopefully there will be progress in the future :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nambal gigi harga normal 350rb kalo pakai voucer fave jadib189rb,reception nya bilang kalo nambal lubangnya besar ntar tambah 100rb ya mbak,sewaktu mau tambal di foto dokternya bilang ini ngak berlubang cuma ada gap yg buat sakit kalo mau gapnya di tambal sedikit,sy bilang ok tambal aja,setelah ditambal dokternya bilang kalo ternyata lubangnya besar di dlm,sy ok saja krn sdh ditambal jg sy ngak bisa liat lubang yg mana,sampai di reception dibilang ada penambahan 150rb dan apd 50rb,sy tanya 150 ada penambahan gigi ya,reception nya bilang iya,dlm hati gigi mana yg tambah orng cuma satu aja,saran sy kalo ngak ikhlas ngak usah buat2 voucer,dan kalo kasi apd itu yg layak lah masa alas sendal aja dibilang apd,ya kasi masker atau kasi pinjam lah baju apd nya biar ngak kelihatan kali tipu2 nya,itu aja sih
Tooth fillings normal price 350rb if you use fave voucher it will be 189k, the reception said if the hole is big then add 100rb, sis, when I wanted to fill it in the photo the doctor said it didn't have a hole, only there is a gap that hurts if you want to fill the gap a little, I said ok Just patched it, after patching it the doctor said that the hole was big inside, I'm ok, because it's been patched, I can't see which hole, when I got to the reception they said there was an addition of 150 thousand and an apd of 50 thousand, I asked for 150 there was an additional tooth, the reception say yes, in your heart, which tooth to add only one person, my advice if you are not sincere, don't make vouchers, and if you give the PPE it's appropriate when you say the sandals are called APD, give me a mask or borrow the PPE it doesn't look like it's a trick, that's all
