★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi pagi sakit dan langsung menuju klinik ini karena lebih dekat, namun karena bukan 24 jam dan security memberikan informasi buka jam 9 pagi . Karena saya datang jam setengah 9. Maka baiklah ditunggu smpai jam 9 lewat, tidak lama perawat datang dan mengkonfirmasi kembali kalau ada dokter siang, singkat cerita siang kembali lagi dan mengabarkan jadwal sore. Ternyata di google memang tertera jadwal sore. Jika memang seperti itu mohon dikoordinasikan terkait kesamaan jadwal kepada semua pihak petugas klinik agar tidak terjadi miskom dan membuat pasien kembali beberapa kali ? Terimakasih semoga menjadi evaluasi untuk komunikasi antar petugas lebih baik lagi..??

If that's the case, please coordinate regarding the similarity of the schedule to all clinic staff so that there is no miscom and makes the patient return several times ? Thank you, hopefully it will be an evaluation for better communication between officers..??
