Kecewa super. Seumur2 ga pernah se kecewa ini. Soal Konsultasi: Saya terkena bells palsy (google di jurnal kedokteran, GEJALA dan PENYEBAB cocok) dokternya nga tau bells palsy itu apaan, malahan bilang sering emosi saraf kejepit. Padahal orang awam seperti saya saja google sudah ketemu! Soal obat: Kasih obat jg ngasal, nga sesuai prosedur dengan tidak bertanya lagsung kasih obat, terakhir saya jadi allergy parah! Pelayanan jg kurang ok, cm tensi doang uda kasih obat. Ditanya perlu fisioterapi, baru jawab, ditanya perlu terapi lain, jawab nga usah. Ditanya: dok saya sakit apa, jawabnya: sering marah. Wow! Konsultasi jam 6 sore, habis tebus obat, makan, saya mausk ICU infus dan suntik sampai tengah malam. Nga bisa nafas dan mata ga bisa buka. Afterall, saya kecewa berat sih. Berobat di sini. Saya sudah browsing profil dokter sampai ke jurnal ilmiah beliau. Katanya spesialis saraf yg sudah praktik di indonesia sampai 32 tahun! Tapi hasilnya sungguh kecewa. Maap maap nih, ini lah yg membuat org indonesia berobat ke luar negeri. Bonus: Pas masuk nga terasa sprti klinik. Cara pakaian dan tata krama dokter di awal saya masuk bahkan saya ga bs bedakan yang mana dokter yg mana pasien. Smabil nonton TV, pasien masuk, baru geser kursi, layanin pasien, ambil tarif spesialist. Wow! First experience sih. And never again!!!!
Super disappointed. I have never been so disappointed in my whole life. Consultation Questions: I was hit by bells palsy (google in medical journals, SYMPTOMS and CAUSES match) the doctor didn't know what bells palsy was, instead he said that he often got pinched nerves. Even though ordinary people like me, Google has already met! About medicine: Give the medicine too runny, not according to the procedure by not asking, give me the medicine, lastly I became very allergic! The service is also not ok, but the tension is only giving drugs. Asked that he needed physiotherapy, then he answered, asked if another therapy was needed, answered no need. Asked: what is my doctor sick, the answer: often angry. Wow! Consultation at 6 pm, after I redeemed the medicine, I ate, I left the ICU infusion and injection until midnight. I can't breath and my eyes can't open. Afterall, I was really disappointed. Get treatment here. I've been browsing the doctor's profile to his scientific journal. He said a neurologist who has been practicing in Indonesia for up to 32 years! But the result is really disappointed. I'm sorry, this is what makes Indonesian people go abroad for treatment. Bonus: When I entered I didn't feel like a clinic. The way the doctor's clothes and manners were in the first place I couldn't even differentiate between a doctor and a patient. While watching TV, patients enter, then move the chair, serve the patient, take the specialist rate. Wow! First experience. And never again !!!!
