Cuma satu catatan saja, ya g menurut saya bisa berdampak sangat besar pada semua hal baik di optik ini..
Petugas pemeriksa mata yang satu, yang masih muda, tolong lebih di training lagi, karena pemeriksanaan terkesan asal, buru-buru dan tidak profesional, asal cek mata dengan mesin, llalu test baca, dan sudah selesai, tidak ada test lihat jauh atau dekat, test jalan dengan kacamata, test pusing, dsb dsb
tidak seperti bapak-bapak yang satunya lagi, yang sangat teliti dan memahami dengan baik tugasnya..

Karna pelanggan datang ke optik untuk beli kacamata yang pas, seperti pilih jodoh, harus betul" pas ukurannya tidak asal seperti optik bodong, jadi kalo periksa matanya asal, dan hasil kacamata tidak sesuai keluhan mata pelanggan, pasti kacamata tidak terpakai dan resiko nama baik optik yang akan terimbas..

saya sampaikan ini, karna saya peduli dengan optik besar ini, jangan sampai hal baik yang sudah diusahakan dengan produk frame bagus, harga bagus, pelayanan ramah, malah di cap jelek karna hasil kacamata yang tidak sesuai dengan keluhan mata pelanggan yang disebabkan oleh petugas periksa mata yang asal saja dalam pekerjaannya..

Keesokanya saya mau nawarin pacar saya kacamata dsni biar jd langganan
Tp saya kecewa krn pelayanan mba mba nya yg tidak adil mentang2 style saya sederhana. Alhasil saya ga jd beli lg deh

Kenapa?
Karena saya sudah jelaskan kacamata cekung bergelombang saya suruh ganti lensa tapi banyak alasan dengan nunggu 1minggu, padahal di jelaskan sudah 1 minggu tidak dapat ditukar.
Lain kali jika customer bilang A ya A jgn di atur atur bilang dari mata saya lah ini lah.
Nih info: sampai sekarang TUH kacamata lensa masih bergelombang dan cekung bawahnya MAU komen apa?.
karena si customer yang ngerasain make nya. THX.
