Klinik dan DSA yang banyak direkomendasikan ibu - ibu di Salatiga, saya baru sekali kesini karena memang saya baru pindah di Salatiga. Ada beberapa hal yang bisa saya share, semoga berkenan ? 1. Dokter Listya baik, ramah dan detail setiap apa yang dijelaskan, meski sedikit terburu-buru saat berbicara. Sebaiknya kita sebagai orang tua anak, bisa mencatat terlebih dahulu mengenai apa yang akan dikonsultasikan. 2. Untuk perawat ramah, namun perlu ditambah agar tidak kewalahan saat banyak pasien yang datang. 3. Untuk admin pendaftaran, sebaiknya diberikan lebih dari 1 admin. Karena banyaknya pasien yang mendaftar agar tidak kewalahan dan slow respon. Sebagai orang tua pasien memang di suruh untuk bersabar ketika anak sakit, namun yang perlu diperhatian untuk segera memberikan kepastian waktu tepat nya agar, dalam keadaan anak sakit kita bisa lgsg mengambil keputusan, untuk menunggu jadwal atau ke igd terdekat (Ini menurut saya pribadi ya). 4. Sebaiknya sistem antrian diperbaiki, karena banyaknya pasien, mungkin bisa diberikan nomor urut sebagai reminder agar pasien berikutnya bisa siap-siap. Sempat kecewa karena, sempat di sela karena ada anak yang tiba-tiba menangis rewel bisa langsung masuk periksa dokter, ya meskipun cuma sebentar dan langsung diberikan resep, tapi tetap itu kurang sopan bagi pasien yang sudah menunggu. Apalagi anak yang rewel tersebut didampingi orang tua dan perawat disana. Tanpa ada bicara kepada orang tua yang sudah menunggu misal permisi dulu atau bagaimana. Jadi hal tersebut malah membuat kita yang menunggu suudzon, padahal sama-sama anaknya sakit, sama-sama ingin cepat diperiksa dokter. 5. Untuk fasilitas cukup, karena posisinya di ruko jadi memang sedikit sempit, lantai bawah untuk apotek, kasir, tempat perawat cek suhu timbang BB dan antrian pasien. Lantai atas ada small playground untuk waiting room pasien dan orang tua yang mau masuk ketemu dokter. Untuk pasien hanya boleh didampingi 1 orang. Lumayan rapi, dan bersih mainannya. Mungkin sebagai masukan ruangan lantai 2 karena kurang sirkulasi sedikit gerah dan panas, ada AC di ruang dokter tapi saya lihat off, hanya ada standing fan dekat dokter. Untuk parkir karena posisi nya di ruko sebaiknya pasien yang menggunakan mobil bisa datang lebih awal dan tidak menunggu di mobil, karena bakal ribet banget kalo waktunya dipanggil ? 6. Untuk apotek dan kasir, mbak nya sangat cekatan dan teliti saat menjelaskan. Mungkin cuma mbak yang di apotek ini yang sedikit bisa lebih santai dan tertawa. Ketika menunggu pun yang saya kira lama ternyata cepat. Mohon maaf ini hanya sekedar sharing, bagi yang sedang bingung mencari DSA baik untuk TumBang anak atau periksa saat sakit bisa dijadikan pandangan. Terima kasih ?

We should as parents of children, can take notes in advance about what will be consulted. 2. Nurses are friendly, but need to be added so they are not overwhelmed when many patients come. 3. For admin registration, it is better to give more than 1 admin. Due to the large number of patients who register so as not to be overwhelmed and slow to respond. As a patient parent, we are told to be patient when the child is sick, but what we need to pay attention to is to immediately provide certainty of the exact time so that, when the child is sick, we can immediately make a decision, to wait for the schedule or to the nearest emergency room (this is my personal opinion, yes) . 4. It is better to improve the queuing system, because of the large number of patients, maybe a serial number can be given as a reminder so that the next patient can get ready. Was disappointed because, on the sidelines because there was a child who suddenly cried fussy, he could go straight to the doctor's office, yes, even if it was only for a short time and he was immediately given a prescription, but it was still impolite for a patient who was waiting. Moreover, the fussy child was accompanied by parents and nurses there. Without talking to parents who have been waiting for example, excuse me or something. So this actually makes us waiting for Suudzon, even though both of our children are sick, we both want to be checked by a doctor quickly. 5. For sufficient facilities, because its position in the shophouse is a bit cramped, the lower floor is for pharmacies, cashiers, where nurses check body weight and temperature checks and queues for patients. Upstairs there is a small playground for the waiting room for patients and parents who want to come in to see a doctor. Patients can only be accompanied by 1 person. Pretty neat, and clean toys. Maybe as an input for the 2nd floor room because of the lack of circulation, it's a little hot and hot, there is air conditioning in the doctor's room but I saw it was off, there was only a standing fan near the doctor. For parking because of its position in the shophouse, it is better if the patient who uses the car can arrive earlier and not wait in the car, because it will be very complicated when the time is called ? 6. For pharmacies and cashiers, Ms. is very agile and thorough when explaining. Maybe it's only Ms. at the pharmacy who can relax and laugh a little more. Even when I thought it was a long wait, it turned out to be fast. Sorry, this is just sharing, for those who are confused about finding a DSA, either for growing children or checking when sick, it can be used as a view. Thank you ?
