We should as parents of children, can take notes in advance about what will be consulted. 2. Nurses are friendly, but need to be added so they are not overwhelmed when many patients come. 3. For admin registration, it is better to give more than 1 admin. Due to the large number of patients who register so as not to be overwhelmed and slow to respond. As a patient parent, we are told to be patient when the child is sick, but what we need to pay attention to is to immediately provide certainty of the exact time so that, when the child is sick, we can immediately make a decision, to wait for the schedule or to the nearest emergency room (this is my personal opinion, yes) . 4. It is better to improve the queuing system, because of the large number of patients, maybe a serial number can be given as a reminder so that the next patient can get ready. Was disappointed because, on the sidelines because there was a child who suddenly cried fussy, he could go straight to the doctor's office, yes, even if it was only for a short time and he was immediately given a prescription, but it was still impolite for a patient who was waiting. Moreover, the fussy child was accompanied by parents and nurses there. Without talking to parents who have been waiting for example, excuse me or something. So this actually makes us waiting for Suudzon, even though both of our children are sick, we both want to be checked by a doctor quickly. 5. For sufficient facilities, because its position in the shophouse is a bit cramped, the lower floor is for pharmacies, cashiers, where nurses check body weight and temperature checks and queues for patients.
