★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan...Didalam keterangan nampak jelas jadwal praktek jam 7 s/d 9 pagi, namun kenyataannya saat sampai di lokasi, jam 7 pagi baru buka pendaftaran , infonya jam setengah 9 baru diperiksa.. Seharusnya papan ditulis "PENDAFTARAN PAGI" Bukan "Praktek Pagi" !
 Disappointing ... In the information it is clear that the practice schedule is 7 to 9 am, but in fact when I arrived at the location, at 7 am I just opened the registration, the info was checked at half past 9. The board should have written "MORNING REGISTRATION" Not "Practice Morning "!

Sore pendaftaran jam 5 dokter periksa habis magrib
Lebih baik sebelum daftar telp dulu. Soalnya dokter biasanya praktek di tempat lain dan waktu periksa berubah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam Buka jam brp pelayanannya jam brp, namanya tempat berobat Anak2 sakit, tp kok gak dipikirin anak2 sakit yg udah nungguin bhkan ada yg sampe 2 jam dokternya belum dtg juga? Bukanya jam 5 pelayanannya jam /9. Maaf ya, gak recomended. Harap direview lagi pelayanan juga konsistensi jam bukanya. TERIMA KASIH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter langganan dr anak pertama ke anak kedua selalu cocok, diagnosa ga pernah meleset, obat paten, dokter nya ramah.. minus cm di jam praktek aja, krn wajar dokter nya praktek di rs lain juga.sehat2 ya dokter hendra?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah sih cocok anak saya, dan bagusnya dokter ga langsung memfonis penyakit anak, tapi di lakukan riset terlebih dahulu. Klo untuk jam prakteknya, sebenernya disini enak bisa daftar dulu, nanti bisa tanya ke receptionistnya kira2 jam brp harus dateng lagi. Mungkin klo saran saya yang mengeluh butuh penanganan cepat, langsung ke rumah sakit aja bawa ke IGD, karna ini kan klinik yah, jadi yah dokter standbye ga nentu karna bisa jadi dia ada praktek tempat lain. gitu sih klo mnurut saya...
Alhamdulillah, it fits my child, and the good thing is that the doctor doesn't immediately diagnose the child's illness, but does research first. For practice hours, it's actually nice here to register first, later you can ask the receptionist about 2 hours when you have to come again. Maybe if my suggestion is that those who complain need quick treatment, just go straight to the hospital and take them to the ER, because this is a clinic, so the doctor on standby is uncertain because he could be practicing elsewhere. that's how it is in my opinion...
