★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak memuaskan..saya driver online, dapat orderan ke arah Cipadung..jalan jelek, minuman jatuh di jalan..pas saya balik ke resto tidak bisa di ganti..kata mas nya harus bayar, minuman jatuh Krn jalan rusak dan berlubang, hanya es teh manis saya tetap harus ",BAYAR", Selama saya antar makanan baru kali ini ada musibah jatuh..malah bayar..resto kecil mau pun besar selama ini yg saya antar jika ada driver maknan nya jatuh selalu di ganti dan gratis..Krn kami driver mitra..tanpa kami resto pasti kesulitan order Dine in.
Semoga pemangku kepentingan resto DR Chicken mengerti mengnai kejadian di lapangan.
Bisa meniru brand besar seperti Mc*D dan K*FC..meski makanan jatuh mereka siap ganti dengan yg Baru dan driver tidak perlu bayar
Not satisfying..I'm an online driver, got orders towards Cipadung..the road is bad, the drinks fall on the road..as I go back to the restaurant can't be replaced .. said the mas has to pay, drinks fall because the road is damaged and has holes, only Sweet iced tea I still have to ", PAY", as long as I deliver food for the first time this time there is a fallout ... even paying .. small or big resto, what I deliver if there is a driver the food falls, it's always replaced and it's free ... Because we are partner drivers ... without our resto, it would be difficult to order Dine in.
Hopefully DR Chicken restaurant stakeholders understand the events in the field.
Can imitate big brands like Mc * D and K * FC ... even though the food falls, they are ready to replace it with a new one and the driver does not have to pay.
