★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah cocok dengan dokter arum, karena coba skincare baru wajah jadi jerawatan parah dan besar besar kayak telor ceplok, 2x kontrol ke sini udah jauh mendingan, tinggal ngilangin bekasnya aja. Untuk harga dokter + obat kisaran 200-300an . Kalau mau kontrol kesini daftarnya jangan lebih dari jam 7malam karena dokternya hanya terima pasien dalam rentan waktu 1 jam aja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebetulan pas periksa,,,dr Arum berhalangan jadi diganti dr Kusni, beliau ramah dan menyenangkan. Secara keseluruhan petugasnya ramah, tapi mbak petugas pendaftaran tolong pasien dikasih info detail ya,, secara baru pertama kali datang so bingung habis daftar trus ke mana ?,, trus maaf rambutnya selama tugas sebaiknya diikat biar lebih rapi ?
Semoga ke depan bisa lebih baik lagi,, dan obatnya cocok, terimakasih klinik KD ?
Incidentally, when I checked, Dr. Arum was unable to replace Dr. Kusni, he was friendly and pleasant. Dalam hubungan pasien - dokter seyogyanya ada hospitality dimana dokter wajib memberikan pelayanan terkait keluhan pasien dan feedback yg baik selama keluhan dan pertanyaan pasien dalam batas kewajaran. Dalam hal ini saya kecewa dengan pelayanan tersebut karena kecenderungan ibu dokter merasa cukup memberikan obat saja tanpa tindak lanjut mendiagnosa keluhan saya. Mudah2an kritik kami memberikan dampak positif kedepannya. Terima kasih
Constructive criticism to be better in the future. In the patient-doctor relationship there should be hospitality where the doctor is obliged to provide services related to patient complaints and good feedback as long as the patient's complaints and questions are within reasonable limits. In this case, I am disappointed with the service because the doctor's mother tends to feel that it is enough to just give medicine without any follow-up to diagnose my complaint.
