β β β β β dua kali kecewa dgn pelayanan yg tidak professional. pertama waktu buka bisnis skincare, ada kesalahan dalam mencetak tapi bukan nya dibenerin sesuai permintaan dan minta maaf malah pelanggan yg harus ngikutin dia. kedua saat mencetak tanda terima untuk perusahaan, diminta untuk kirim invoice via email malah draft yg masih salah yg dikirim, pdhl emailnya bs diliat sm boss dan dikira saya yg salah. pdhl berniat langganan untuk cetak2 dokumen kantor, tapi mungkin sudah kebiasaan mas nya kalo ada salah gak minta maaf malah pelanggan yg disuruh ngikutin maunya hadeehhhhj. surat menyurat via email jg masa mesti diajarin sih? gak ada subject, salam dan isi yg proper. saran aja masnya mungkin harus belajar ttg etika berbisnis. gak akan datang lagi, mending ke Cano aja.
twice disappointed with unprofessional service. The first time I opened the skincare business, there was an error in printing but it was not generated according to the request and apologized instead the customer had to follow him. Second, when printing a receipt for the company, I was asked to send an invoice via email, instead the wrong draft was sent, but the email could be seen by the boss and I thought I was wrong. I intend to subscribe to print office documents, but maybe it's a habit, bro, if something goes wrong, don't apologize, instead the customer was told to follow what he wanted. correspondence via email too, how come you have to teach it? there is no subject, greeting and proper content. just advice, bro, maybe you should learn about business ethics. won't come again, it's better to just Cano.
