★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat baik, melayani perpanjangan SIM terbitan DI Yogyakarta, untuk terbitan provinsi lain bisa tes psikologi dan kesehatan disini, kemudian tinggal melanjutkan membayar biaya SIM dan ambil form + sesi foto di Satpas Polres. Protokol kesehatan diterapkan dengan baik, ruangan nyaman. Staf Mall Pelayanan Publik melayani dengan ramah, mulai petugas di depan hingga petugas loket tes psikologi dan tes kesehatan, semua melayani dengan cepat dan cekatan. Good job! Terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kalinya nyobain perpanjang sim C di DPMPTSP Sleman atau yg sering disebut MPP (Mall Pelayanan Publik) Sleman. Gedungnya strategis berada dipinggir jalan Magelang. Gedungnya bersih, pelayanan cepat, terbaik dan staffnya ramah. ??
Saya sampai sini jam 07.45 wib dan antrian sudah lumayan meskipun ga terlalu ramai. Dibagian depan pintu masuk ada pusat informasi, kita bisa tanya di sana keperluannya apa.
1. Untuk yg mengurus perpanjangan sim C, nanti akan dimintai fotocopy ktp dan sim lama rangkap 2.
2. Setelah itu, petugas akan mempersilakan duduk mengantre hingga nama kita dipanggil. Saat pemanggilan, petugas akan memanggil 3-5 orang.
3. Setelah dipanggil, pertama kali kita akan diarahkan masuk ke ruangan, langsung ke bagian tes psikologi dgn mengerjakan dan menjawab pertanyaan tes sekitar 30 soal. Saat soal selesai segera diserahkan kepada petugas dan petugas akan memberikan kwitansi bukti kita lolos dan ke tahap selanjutnya.
(Kemarin saya dibagian ini membayar 50k untuk tes psikologi)
4. Setelah selesai dari bagian tes psikologi, saya diarahkan menuju ke loket 10 untuk mendapat surat keterangan sehat. Saya ditanya BB, TB, mata berkacamata atau tidak, studi pendidikan terakhir tingkat apa dan dites membaca angka (utk buta warna).
Setelah itu, saya dimintai pembayaran sebesar 25k (utk surat keterangan dokter) dan 75k (utk biaya penerbitan sim baru). Dan, diberi kertas untuk kita mengisi data diri (nama lengkap, TTL, pekerjaan, alamat, no hp).
Untuk kemudian mengantre dipanggil foto sim.
(Tidak ada ukur tensi selama pandemi)
5. Setelah selesai mengisi kertas yg berisikan data diri tadi, saya mengantre foto. Tidak lama untuk mengantre, satu orang butuh waktu sekitar 5 menit.
Saat dipanggil, kita akan dimintai sidik jari, tanda tangan dan langsung foto.
6. Tinggal menunggu cetak sim jadi sekitar 1-2 menit dan selesai.

I got here at 07.45 WIB and the queue was pretty good even though it wasn't too crowded. At the front of the entrance there is an information center, we can ask what the needs are there.

2. After that, the officer will invite you to sit in line until your name is called. When summoning, the officer will call 3-5 people.
3. After being called, the first time we will be directed into the room, directly to the psychological test section by doing and answering test questions about 30 questions. When the question is finished, it is immediately handed over to the officer and the officer will provide a receipt for proof that we pass and move on to the next stage.

4. After completing the psychological test section, I was directed to counter 10 to get a health certificate. I was asked BB, TB, eye glasses or not, what level of education was last studied and tested for reading numbers (for color blindness).
After that, I was asked to pay 25k (for a doctor's certificate) and 75k (for the cost of issuing a new sim). And, given paper for us to fill in personal data (full name, TTL, occupation, address, cellphone number).
To then queue up, call the photo sim.

5. After filling out the paper containing my personal data, I lined up for photos. Not long to queue, one person took about 5 minutes.
When called, we will be asked for fingerprints, signatures and direct photos.
6. Just waiting for the sim print to take about 1-2 minutes and it's done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tanggal 1 Nov 2021 mencoba pelayanan di Mall Pelayanan Publik Sleman untuk perpanjangan sim A... Tapi disana jg banyak perwakilan kantor2 pelayanan dari BPJS, PAM, PUPR, BPOM, Bank BPD DIY, Dukcapil, dll. Walaupun tadi ngga semuanya buka...
Untuk yg membawa anak kecil jg terdapat playground buat anak2
Untuk Perpanjangan SIM DIY, syarat awal hanya butuh FC KTP dan SIM 2 lembar dikumpulkan di Satpam, kemudian nanti akan dipanggil untuk tes Psikologi (bayar 50rb) dilanjutkan untuk Tes Kesehatan ( 25rb ) dan Form SIM (80rb) dan menunggu dipanggil untuk giliran Foto... Total waktu yg dibutuhkan mulai dari tes psikologi sampai SIM jadi mgkn hanya sekitar 30-40 menit saja... Yg lama adalah menunggu pelayanan buka karena saya datang jam 7.45 baru di mulai 8.45... Jam 9.45 semua urusan SIM sudah beres...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ambil SIP sudah datang dr pagi jam 8 kurang sampai sini. Ternyata petugas nya masih meeting dan lama sekali hampir jam 9 belum mulai pelayanan. Pdhl sdh banyak sekali pengunjung yg antri. Bisa kan meeting nya di luar jam pelayanan saja? Dan terkesan tidak profesional meeting di tengah2 loket dan diliat para pengunjung. Mhn diperbaiki lg pelayanan selanjutnya. Pengunjung disini tentu nya sdh datang pagi krn jg banyak agenda lain. Kalo disuruh nunggu meeting kok buang2 waktu saja. Untung mbak nya loket SIP inisiatif manggilin nomer antrian krn mmg sdh menunpuk? tp pemimpin rapat nya masih aja ngomong ?
