β β β β β Sudah 6 kali datang ke sini buat ambil baju yg dikecilin, datang yg pertama katanya belum jd baru dipitong, diminta datang 2 hari lg, terus habis itu datang lg sesuai yg dibilang sampai 3 kali tutup terus. Nomor di nota gak bisa dihubungi, nomor yg ada disini juga gak bisa dihubungi, saya tidak dihubungi sama sekali padahal sudah sekitar 2 minggu lebih. KECEWA BANGETT, setidaknya saya dihubungi kalau memang ada sesuatu hal, padahal sudah kasih nomor saya juga. Setelah bisa ketemu pemiliknya suruh balik besoknya lg, saya dapat nomornya, tapi pas kesana lg gak ada orangnya, dihuhungi slow res, ditelpon gak diangkat, setelah itu baru balas dengan ngasih alesan. Ini yg saya kecilin padahal baju baru yang baru saja beli karena kebesaran, ada 2 baju dan sudah sekalian saya lunasi. Niatnya yg gak terlalu jauh dr rumah eh malah kayak gini. SANGAT TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB, TIDAK AMANAH!! Terimakasih kapok saya. Kesel dan kecewa bangetttt, SANGAT TIDAK RECOMMENDED!
I've come here 6 times to get clothes that have been cut down, the first one came and said it wasn't cut, asked to come 2 more days, then it came back as told, closed it 3 times. The number in the memorandum can't be reached, the number here can't be reached either, I haven't been contacted at all even though it's been more than 2 weeks. VERY DISAPPOINTED, at least I was contacted if there was something wrong, even though I already gave my number. After I was able to meet the owner, I told them to come back the next day, I got the number, but when I got there there was no one, they called slow res, they didn't pick up the call, after that I just replied with the reason. This is what I reduced even though I just bought new clothes because they were too big, there were 2 clothes and I paid them all off. The intention is that it's not too far from home, but it's like this. VERY RESPONSIBLE, UNRELIABLE!! Thank you tired of me. Very upset and disappointed, VERY NOT RECOMMENDED!

β β β β β Sekitar tanggal 10-11 Nov 2021 saya hendak mengganti kantong di 2 celana saya. Ibu penjahit berjanji "1 MINGGU JADI" maka pada tanggal 17 Nov 2021 saya datangi untuk mengambil celana. Ternyata belum dikerjakan dan meminta untuk diambil BESOK 18 Nov 2021. Kemudian saya datang lagi hendak mengambil pada tanggal 19 Nov 2021 karena tanggal 18 belum jadi dan belum jadi juga baru dibongkar. Kemudian Bapak Penjahit menjanjikan" SENIN MINGGU DEPAN JADI" yaitu pada tanggal 22 Nov 2021. Saya datang kembali sekitar pukul 15:00 tanggal 23 November 2021 dan belum jadi, Ibu Penjahit Menjanjikan selesai pukul 17:00 . Pukul 17:01 saya datang ke lokasi ternyata terkunci dan saya diberitahu oleh Penjual Buah sebrang bahwa Toko Penjahit tutup. Kemudian saya datang lagi pukul 19:00 namun masih tutup juga.
Pagi esoknya saya mau ambil 24 November 2021 pukul 09:00 pagi dengan mengentuk pintu folding gate. Ibu Penjahit memberitahu apabila kemarin menghambil batik makanya tidak berada di lokasi. Ketika saya hendak ambil kemudian bapaknya penjahit malah memberikan celana saya dibongkar menjadi beberapa kain dan tidak selesai dan memasukkannya ke Kantong Plastik. Saya menanyakan lagi dan lagi kenapa belum selesai dan bapak penjahit tidak menjawab. Saya tanyakan itu terus menerus hingga dijawab. Saya sontak marah tidak direspon dan jahitan tidak selesai malah menjadi potongan2 kain. Saya minta pertanggungjawaban karena mereka berjanji jadi kemarin pukul 17:00.
Respon Bapak penjahit adalah " KAREPMU PIE? AREP GELUT?". Loh mereka yang menjanjikan dan tidak menepati kenapa mereka yg ribet. Kalau bisanya 3 minggu ya jawablah 3 minggu saya akan ambil dan tidak bolak balik menghabiskan bahan bakar ke penjahit terus. Kemudian bapak memojokkan saya dan badannya makin dekat dengan saya. Saya tetap beradu argumen karena MEREKA YANG MENJANJIKAN UNTUK JADI KAPAN bukan saya yang meminta kapan jadinya. Saya juga ga mau celana saya kondisi terpotong-potong setidaknya seperti semula. Bapak Penjahit memuluk meja dan makin keras maka saya pun tetap berargumen makin keras. Bapak Penjahit malah MEMUKUL MEJA ketika saya menjelaskan mereka yg menjanjikan mundur terus. Saya berada di depan meja dan bapaknya berada di kiri saya. Saya terus beradu argumen. Saya berkata kalau bisanya 1 bulan silahkan 1 bulan tetapi ga membebankan saya untuk bolak balik dan dijanjikan terus menerus. Bahkan ketika itu Mas-mas Parfum atau Nasi Uduk pagi selatan lokasi pejahit mendekat. Kemudian saya meminta untuk diselesaikan terserah mau jadi 1 bulan atau 2 bulan yang penting selesai dan saya tidak bolak balik. Kemudian ibu penjahit meminta nomor saya yang lainnya. Kemudian bapak penjahit br mundur sedikit kemudian saya berkomunikasi dengan ibu penjahit. Saya respect Ibu penjahit bisa menenangkan bapak penjahit. Kemudian saya pergi setelah memberikan informasi saya ke Ibu penjahit. Jujur saya capek bolak balik ke lokasi hanya mengkonfirmasi jahitan kemudian saya marah. Sekali dua kali oke lah tapi kalau dijanjikan terus menerus bahkan 3 minggu yang awalnya 2 minggu malah makin diremehkan.
Mohon maaf apabila seperti itu ya banyak pelanggan yang ga akan kesitu lagi. Setelah saya melihat review dari Chintia Arifa di Maps ini saya menyadari tidak hanya saya yang mengalami itu.
Karena ini adalah layanan bidang saya saya menyarankan untuk sebaiknya mengetahui kapasitas dan jangan berjanji apabila tidak bisa ditepati. Semoga kedepan makin baik.
Around 10-11 Nov 2021 I want to change the pockets in 2 of my pants. The tailor's mother promised "1 WEEK SO" so on November 17, 2021 I came to pick up the pants. It turned out that it had not been done and asked to be picked up TOMORROW 18 Nov 2021. Then I came again to pick it up on 19 Nov 2021 because the 18th had not been finished and had not been finished and had just been dismantled. Then Mr. Tailor promised" MONDAY NEXT SUNDAY" i.e. on November 22, 2021. I came back around 15:00 on November 23, 2021 and it hasn't finished yet, Mrs. Tailor promised to finish at 17:00 . The next morning I want to pick up November 24, 2021 at 09:00 am by knocking on the folding gate. The tailor said that yesterday when she took the batik, she was not at the location. When I was about to take it, the tailor's father even gave me my pants, which were disassembled into some cloth and not finished and put them in a plastic bag. I asked again and again why it wasn't finished and the tailor didn't answer. I asked it over and over until it was answered. I was suddenly angry that there was no response and the stitches were not finished but instead became pieces of cloth. I ask for accountability because they promised to be yesterday at 17:00.
The tailor's response was " KAREPMU PIE? AREP GELUT?". Loh those who promise and do not keep why they are complicated. If usually 3 weeks, answer 3 weeks I will take it and don't go back and forth spending fuel to the tailor. Then my father cornered me and his body got closer to me. I'm still arguing because THOSE WHO PROMISE TO BE WHEN it's not me asking when it will be. I also don't want my pants to be in pieces at least like they were before. Mr Tailor pounded the table and got louder and louder, so I kept arguing louder. Mr Tailor even HIT THE TABLE when I explained those who promised to keep back. I was at the table and the father was to my left. I keep arguing. I said that usually 1 month, please 1 month but it doesn't charge me to go back and forth and is promised continuously. Even at that time, Mas Perfume or Nasi Uduk in the southern morning, the tailor's location was approaching. Then I asked for it to be completed, whether it was 1 month or 2 months, the important thing was to finish and I didn't go back and forth. Then the tailor mother asked for my other number. Then the tailor backed off a bit then I communicated with the tailor. I respect that the tailor can calm the tailor. Then I left after giving my information to the tailor. Honestly, I'm tired of going back and forth to locations just confirming the stitches and then I'm angry. Once or twice is okay, but if it is promised continuously, even 3 weeks, which was originally 2 weeks, it is even more underestimated.
Sorry if that's the case, many customers won't be there anymore. After I saw Chintia Arifa's review on Maps, I realized I wasn't the only one experiencing this.
Because this is my field of service, I suggest that you should know the capacity and don't make promises if you can't keep them. Hopefully in the future it will be better.
