★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sewa jasa cleaning pasca renovasi, biaya 1,6 JT utk 3 orang pekerja dijanjikan pekerjaan akan selesai dalam 1 hari. Namun ternyata molor sampai 4 hari, pekerja datang terlambat, janji akan datang pukul 9.30 hanya satu orang yg datang ontime pukul 9, sisanya bahkan dtg hampir jam 11 siang. Hari pertama sesuai perjanjian dtg 3 orang, namun hari berikutnya tiba2 pekerja yg dtg hanya 2 orang, bahkan hari terakhir pekerja yg datang hanya 1 orang, ada satu lagi yg datang jam 12 siang setelah komplain ke kantor.
Pekerjaan tidak mendetail terkesan asal2an, tidak terorganisir dan tidak ada target dan standar hanya membersihkan yg tampak saja, setelah di komplain baru di sentuh bagian2 lain yg masih terlihat kotor. Pengerjaan kebanyakan masih manual, kerak2 kamar mandi di kikis manual dg pisau cutter, dan di amplas dg kertas amplas kecil menggunakan tangan.
Hasil pengerjaan dinding kamar mandi dan lantai masih kotor tidak berhasil dibersihkan optimal. Terpaksa sewa vendor lain utk bersih2. Jangan tergiur dg harga murah yg ditawarkan jasa ini...
I rented a post-renovation cleaning service, the cost was 1.6 million for 3 workers, they were promised the work would be completed in 1 day. But it turned out to be delayed for 4 days, the workers came late, promised to come at 9.30 only one person came ontime at 9, the rest even arrived at almost 11 noon. The first day according to the agreement, 3 people came, but the next day suddenly only 2 workers came, even the last day only 1 worker came, there was another one who came at 12 noon after complaining to the office.
Undetailed work seems careless, disorganized and has no targets and standards, only cleaning what is visible, after complaining, then touch other parts that still look dirty. Most of the work is still manual, the bathroom crust is scraped manually with a cutter knife, and sanded with small sandpaper by hand.
The results of working on the bathroom walls and floors are still dirty and have not been cleaned optimally. Had to hire another vendor to clean up. Don't be tempted by the low prices offered by this service.
