★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving five stars out of courtesy so you'll have more business going. Here's a couple of feedback I can't help but to express:
1. Please be more transparent on your list of spare part prices: your services, the parts you provide, and your customer vehicle's OEM ones.
2. I get it that you're trying to make a profit, but charging 3-4 times the market price for parts is a bit steep, especially for a customer already buying your tune up package, which we have no clue what difference will it make apart from getting some parts of the engine cleaned.
3. And, charging a customer 3% for credit card transaction is a thing of the past. Please consult with your banking services provider to make it go away.
Lastly, please don't go with the classic "our customer makes the purchase decision after we diagnose the car." I get that I'm paying for parts and services, and I appreciate this branch's team effort. I'm giving the above feedback as a paying customer that thinks your business can grow better, especially in these trying times.

Service quality is good, and they gave 3 months warranty for replaced goods.
Things need to improve for the neatness and thoroughness of the mechanic. In my case, the mechanic left a bolt and screwdriver under the hood, also the freon valve left unclosed without the cap.
It might not really important for some people, but paying attention to the details showing the quality of work.
(Especially I've just realized that my front bumper is not plug normally because the hook is broken) ?
However, don't get me wrong, it is still one of a considered place to for maintenance and repair.
