The admin is friendly, the service is fast and the laundry results are very good, the smell is not market.. I really like it.. Really recommended for those who travel out of town and ask for Express laundry ?? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sedikit share aja pengalaman saya selama ini laundry di Dokter Clean. Saya laundry di Dokter Clean sejak awal 2021 karena mbak saya pulkam kena covid. Bisa dibilang cukup puas dengan kinerja Dokter Clean. Namun di laundry terakhir saya Jan 2022 ini wangi hasil laundrynya kuat banget sehingga sejak dibuka bajunya tgl 18 sampai tgl 31 masih wangi kaya abis disemprot pewangi 5 menit yg lalu, salah satu pakaian sy pakai alergi kulit saya jadi kumat. Kulit saya memang sensitif dengan chemical yg biasa ada di pewangi2 namun selama ini tidak masalah/ kumat dengan hasil laundry Dokter Clean yang menurut saya soft pewanginya. Apapun yang dilaundry kiloan dan masih ada noda2nya juga akan otomatis ditawarkan anti noda 10k/pcs, kalau ga bayar tambah anti noda ini noda apapun tidak akan hilang. Jika butuh ambil kirim laundry juga dikenakan biaya kurir 15k/laundry pp. Okelah saya paham dengan biaya tambahan2 itu dan selama ini juga selalu bayar kurir. Anti noda hanya jika saya rasa itu noda berat.
Namun ketika saya komplain sebelum saya kasih laundry saya berikutnya, saya dipersilahkan untuk pindah ke laundry lain karena dibilang selalu komplain. Ha?
Saya komunikasi dgn Dokter Clean hanya via chat, saya ga pernah hapus chat sejak awal dan bisa dilihat juga berapa kali saya komplain.
Saya hanya minta komitmennya untuk tidak pakai pewangi yang keras dan harapan saya hanya mereka akan cek staf mereka yang handling laundry terakhir untuk tidak pakai pewangi tersebut lagi. Tapi malah saya dipersilahkan cari laundry lain.
Menurut saya usaha jasa apapun pasti ada kemungkinan kesalahan dan itu hal yang wajar, tapi bagaimana menanggapinya itu yang terpenting. terlepas dari Dokter Clean customer banyak.

I just want to share my experience so far with the laundry at Doctor Clean. I've been doing laundry at Doctor Clean since early 2021 because my sister, Pulkam, has Covid. You could say that we are quite satisfied with the performance of Doctor Clean. However, in my last laundry, Jan 2022, the fragrance from the laundry is so strong that since I opened the clothes on the 18th to the 31st, it still smells like after being sprayed with deodorizer 5 minutes ago, one of the clothes I was wearing has my skin allergies getting worse. My skin is sensitive to the chemicals that are usually found in perfumes, but so far there has been no problem/recurrence with the results of Doctor Clean's laundry, which I think has a soft fragrance. Anything that is laundered in kilos and still has stains will also be automatically offered 10k/pcs anti-stain, if you don't pay for this anti-stain, any stains will not disappear. If you need to pick up and send laundry, a courier fee of 15k/laundry pp is also charged. Okay, I understand the additional costs and have always paid for the courier. Stain-resistant only if I think it's a heavy stain.
But when I complained before I gave my next laundry, I was invited to move to another laundry because they were said to always complain. Ha?
I communicate with Doctor Clean only via chat, I have never deleted the chat from the start and you can see how many times I have complained.
I only ask for their commitment not to use strong fragrances and my only hope is that they will check their staff who handled the last laundry to not use the fragrance again. But instead I was invited to find another laundry.
In my opinion, any service business has the possibility of error and that's normal, but how to respond to it is the most important thing. apart from Doctor Clean, there are many customers.

Tidak sekedar cuci,bilas dan kering, melainkan banyak tahapan yg di kerjakan. Pantesan aja, bersih banget ?. Terima kasih dokter clean ?.
