★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menunggu lama dengan antrian yang seenaknya saja dipanggil dan dilewatkan begitu saja..sangatsangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya,saya harap tidak terjadi bagi pasien lain.apalagi kami dari luar kota
Waiting for a long time with a queue that was arbitrarily called and passed away .. very disappointed with the service, I hope it will not happen to other patients. Moreover we are from out of town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem antrian yang tidak beraturan..kami sudah menunggu 1,5jam lalu memanggil no urut 5,6,7,8 dengan jeda hanya 2 detik kami yg masih berdiri dengan no urut 7 langsung terlewati..setelah ttp bersabar menunggu malah ttp dilewatkan ke no 9,setelah saya konfirmasi jawabannya hanya “oh kelewat nanti abis ini” dengan gampangnya,dengan kecewa kami pergi meninggalkan lokasi
Irregular queuing system ... we've waited 1.5 hours then called sequence number 5,6,7,8 with a pause of only 2 seconds we were still standing with sequence number 7 immediately skipped ... after being patient, we waited but instead were passed to number 9, after I confirm the answer is just "oh too late after this" with ease, with disappointment we left the location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pulled my lower back muscle and he cured it right after the first treatment. I wasn’t able to walk down the stairs but immediately could do it. I had gone to many physiotherapists before but nothing worked. Highly recommended. Mind you that the queue system doesn’t really work.
Sy ada permasalahan dengan syaraf duduk / punggung bawah. Sy sudah mengunjungi bbrp fisioterapi sblm akhirnya di rekomendasikan tmn utk mencoba klinik Djoen. Stlh treatment pertama, sy lgsg bisa jalan normal. Sembuh total stlh 5 kali treatment.

I have a problem with my nerves sitting / lower back. I visited several physiotherapists before finally being recommended to try the Djoen clinic. After the first treatment, I can walk normally. Healed in total after 5 treatments.

I can’t tell you enough how much he has help me with my autoimmune disorder, my mom’s health problems and many of my friends and relatives whose I recommended to come here to get treatments. It is not a one time fix, you have to be patience and committed to get your health issues treated but he sure is very good at what he does! He is also very friendly and down to earth, easy to talk to, very kind and helpful.
