★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan (JUTEK), untuk penyenaran raket badminton tidak sesuai ekspetasi/tidak memuaskan (ikat sampulnya tidak rapi, tarikan LBS sangat kendor tidak sesuai permintaan, PARAH!!!)
