1. harga yang diberikan teknisi saat datang pertama tidak sesuai dengan harga akhir
Kronologi: tgl 21 Sept datang ke sana mau servis tombol on off samsung A7 diinfokan barang ga ready mesti beli dulu. Saya tanya harga berapa dijawab 65rb sudah termasuk pasang.
Tgl 5 Oktober baru ada barangnya dan saya servis, ganti tombol on off. Saat selesai pasang ternyata harganya bukan 65rb, sayangnya nota DP pembayaran tgl 21 Sept saya hilang
2. Setelah diganti tombol on off, sidik jari tidak berfungsi dan sampai saar ini tidak ada solusinya. Cuma bilang emang begitu setelah diganti tidak bisa sidik jarinya.
Mengecewakan sekali servis di sini, sangat tidak profesional

1. the price given by the technician when you first arrive does not match the final price
Chronology: on September 21, I came there to service the Samsung A7 on and off button, I was informed that the item was not ready, you had to buy it first. I asked what the price was, they answered 65k including installation.
On October 5, I just got the item and I serviced it, changing the on off button. When I finished installing it turned out that the price was not 65 thousand, unfortunately my DP payment note on September 21 was lost
2. After replacing the on off button, the fingerprint does not work and until now there is no solution. I just said that after replacing it, it couldn't be fingerprinted.
Very disappointing service here, very unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy service oppo f9 di dj communication serrvice tdnya di puri kembangan pindah ke jln imigrasi no 30, Pertama sy krm hp saya oppo F9 pake gojek ke tempatnya... Utk perbaiki bootlop dan sebelumnya uda sy kasitau kerusakan di emmc dan diberitahu harga 450 rb, kemudian 1 hari berlalu gak ada kbr, harus sy nanya ulang2 sm teknisi roby yg wa kadang hidup/kadang mati jwbnya berbelit2, tp setelah berkali didesak kapan bs ambil baru blg iya bsk bs diambil... Sy ke tempat servicenyg lumayan jauh bsk sesuai jam yg diblg jam 2.. uda siap jalan katanya dia di roxy minta jam 3 an, ok sy blg sy dtg lbh awal sy tunggu aja..ketemu katanya teknisi lain tp sprnya org itu sendiri roby. Dan dia blg dia ambil hpnya dulu di roxy padahal awal blg bs kerja di tempat. Ok tunggu punya tunggu aku nanya hp uda dikerjain dia blg uda.. kemudian kbri lg katanya ini jd nya 600 bang krn ada ic yg ganti bla2.. sy nanya lg uda diperbaiki? Dia blg uda beres tinggal pasang ic.. uda gitu sy uda okein ok 600 rb, ...ee tiba2 dia blg ini emmc orinya mana krn harus diapain gitu dan gak ada ic emmc bawan gitu, jd hp sy krm dr 2 hari lalu kagak diaapa2in sy desak datang baru dilihat dan itu baru mau dikerjakan.. padahal janjian dtg tingggal ambil.. tp skr baru blg ic emmc ori nya uda dicopot org.. kecewa lah..ok sy blg cancel aja gak papa namti kasi balik aja bangkai hp nya ke saya.. sy tunggu lagi tuh dia dr roxy ada 1 jam. Astaga baru kali ini dipermainkan sm tukang service yg katanya profesional.. emang ks harga aawal murah biar tertarik kemudian dinaikkin dgn alasan lain padahal belom diapa2 in...hati2 ajalah kapok service di sini..pantas sepi tuh t4 service..tidak proffesional.. thx
I serviced the oppo F9 at the dj communication service, previously in Puri Pembangunan, moved to Jln Immigration No. 30, First I sent my Oppo F9 cellphone using a Gojek to its place... To repair the bootloop and previously I told the damage to the emmc and was told the price was 450 rb, then 1 day passed, there was no kbr, I had to ask again and again from the roby technician who sometimes turns on/sometimes turns off the answer is complicated, but after being pressed for many times when can I take it again, yes, it can be taken...
