★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are disapointed regarding to service, the AC room wasnt working, and we booked package deluxe room 350++K, when we finished we still had deposit 40K from the package, we order beef teriyaki because, but it took a hour and we have to ask so many times, the staff wasnt help much just chit chat each other, after wait quite long and we have to go to the kitchen just to make sure our order its not cook yet!
For us it wasnt about the money but tje manner of the staff, i think DIVA karaoke need to pay attention to manner of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to hang out with your friends, and colleagues. Although its a family friendly karaoke, because the location is located in red-light district, it not recommend if you plan to spent time with your family.
Had a wide selection of songs, nice service, and nice selection of rooms. But unfortunately most of rooms is smells cigarettes, and the price is a lil bit expensive compared with other karaoke place nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The karaoke is ok. Not fantastic, just ok. But the worst thing about this place is the service. The price list is misleading and there was no terms & conditions so you could be charged more if you don't ask beforehand, and the staffs seemed purposely disinform you and holding back information on the price for different hours. Also the staffs is impolite. When I paid, she wanted exact amount of money or she wouldn't give the change (she said the reason was they have no small change, which was ridiculous for a business place). And even when she did give the change, she threw the change on the plate. Not coming back here for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a pleasant experience, went there on Friday evening with colleagues. The staff was trying too hard to upsell us to book a more expensive room not in a good way by putting the room on the most top of the floor, saying don't sing too loud (as if trying to give us an impression that the floor was haunted), telling us the toilet sometimes doesn't work on the top floor. The facilities, moreover, are as bad from the Aircon that wasn't working properly at all (almost feel like we're inside a sauna), the sound system wasn't set to be in a good balance. If you look at my reviews, I haven't given a place a really bad review except this one. Really not worth my time and money, I'm not coming back to this premise ever again.
