★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bagus,deket sm jalan utama,dkt terminal,dkt halte busway,tp harganya mhl bgt untuk ank kosan....sumpah agak nyesel
The place is good, near to the main road, near the terminal, near the busway stop, but the price is very good for ank boarding ... oath is a bit regretful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat tinggal sendiri ok lah tp bener2 kotor, depan tangga bau banyak kotoran kucing, banyak rayap d dalemnya (udah dibenerin sebenernya, cuma belom bener aja msh ada banyak) udah ngmg sama yg megang kos nya, tp gatau kapan mau d bnerin jd jujur aja gw ga tinggal disana tp d tmpt tmn gw (sampe gw dpt tmpt lg yg layak huni). Dan banyak bgt kecoa, gw ga ngerti lg gmn bisa kecoa ada di wastafel 2biji ??♀️ pdhl bru gw bersihin tmptnya. Dan mahal untuk harga 1.5 jt per bulan ny (belom listrik dan gatau iuran apa perbulan ny 20rb)
For living alone it's ok but it's really dirty, the front of the stairs smells of a lot of cat litter, lots of termites inside (it's actually been corrected, it's just not really there, still there are a lot) I remember the same who holds the boarding house, but I don't know when to let it be honest I don't live there but where I can find it (until I can find another place that is livable). And lots of cockroaches, I don't understand how can a cockroach be in the sink 2 seeds ??♀️ I clean it where it looks. And it is expensive for the price of 1.5 million per month (not yet electricity and not what the monthly fee is 20 thousand)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asik tempatnya, saat ini sedang tinggal disitu.. WIFI nya kenceng dan free lagi.. ehehehe.. mungkin sudah masuk prorata di biaya bulanannya yaa..

model kosannya ada 2 lantai tiap kamar, untuk lantai 2 sebagai tempat tidur, dibawah buat ruang tv, dapur dan kamar mandi.
Itu diatas ulasan saya saat baru masuk.. beberapa pekan mulai terlihat kekurangannya, beberapa sudah diperbaiki seperti bocor sangat parah, bau kotoran kucing, pintu kamar mandi lepas, namun beberapa hal masih dibiarkan seperti flush yang rusak, dan yyabg terparah adalah WIFI yang mati sudah 3 bulan, dan tidak ada info apa2 dr pemilik kos, jika ditanya kepada yang jaga, jawabannya tidak jelas..
Jika ada hal baru akan saya saya tambahkan kembali, overall secara bentuk sudah sangat baik untuk ukuran kosan.
It's a cool place, currently living there.. WIFI is fast and free again.. ehehehe.. maybe it's already prorated in the monthly fee huh..

The boarding house model has 2 floors for each room, the 2nd floor is a bed, the bottom is for the TV room, kitchen and bathroom.
That's on top of my review when I just entered... a few weeks starting to see the shortcomings, some have been repaired such as leaking very badly, the smell of cat litter, the bathroom door is loose, but some things are still left like a broken flush, and the worst thing is the WIFI is dead already 3 months, and there is no info from the owner of the boarding house, if asked to the guard, the answer is not clear..
If there's something new, I'll add it back, overall the shape is very good for the size of the boarding house.

Harga sewa per bulan berkisar di angka 1,5juta +++ (token listrik).
This boarding house is very comfortable. Inside the room consists of 2 floors. There is a kitchen, a toilet, a staircase going upstairs to sleep.
Wifi facilities are available and smooth

There is no car park (this is what makes it difficult if you bring a car)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan bebas,kamar lantai 1 dan lantai 2 berisik bunyi pipa saluran wc, tiap kamar ada pipa wc.
air nya sangat lengket dikulit.
Parkiran motor hardcore sempit nya, klo bawa mobil harus waspada banyak maling spion mobil di parkiran pinggir kali, yang jaga kosan ngehe pastinya..
Free boarding, 1st floor and 2nd floor rooms are noisy with wc pipes, each room has wc pipes.
the water is very sticky on the skin.
Narrow hardcore motorbike parking, if you bring a car, you must be vigilant of many car rearview mirror on the edge of the parking lot, which keeps the boarding house clear of course.
