Inadequate place to make ID cards and KK cards, too narrow for a district.

Poor service, "not recommended". Mending directly to disdukcapil for making temporary certificates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan publik nya kurang memuaskan. Saya membuat Kartu Keluarga diloket, petugas loket memberikan surat untuk pengambilan dan saya diuruh menunggu paling lama 1 Minggu akan mendapatkan konfirmasi lewat SMS.
Ternyata saya tunggu sudah lebih dari 1 Minggu gak ada SMS apapun, kemudian saya telpon ke kantor kecamatan ternyata sudah jadi kartu keluarga saya. Dari salah satu pihak petugas kantor kecamatannya.
Dengan tidak canggung dan tidak malu nya mengatakan bahwa setiap pengambilan KK biasanya ada "BIAYA ADMINISTRASI". Padahal Sudah jelas-jelas diatur dalam UU Nomor 24 tahun 2013, pasal 79A menerangkan bahwa: "pengurusan dan penerbitan dokumen kependudukan tidak dipungut biaya apapun".
Mohon bagi petugas terkait, profesional lah dalam menjalankan tugas, amanah lah sebagai petugas pelayan publik. Kasihan masyarakat sekarang, mereka masih kesusahan dalam masa pandemi covid19 sekarang ini.
Janganlah kalian malah menambah beban hidup Meraka, layani lah masyarakat petarukan dengan ikhlas dan amanah pada Tuhan YME.

It turned out that I had been waiting for more than 1 week without any SMS, then I called the sub-district office and it turned out to be my family card. From one of the district office officers.
It is not awkward and not embarrassed to say that every KK taking usually has an "Administration Fee". Even though it is clearly regulated in Law Number 24 of 2013, Article 79A explains that: "The management and issuance of population documents is free of charge".
Please for the relevant officers, be professional in carrying out their duties, be trustworthy as a public service officer. I feel sorry for the people now, they are still struggling during the current covid19 pandemic.
Don't even add to the burden of their lives, serve the fighting community with sincerity and trust in God Almighty.
