★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat disayangkan, gedung sebesar itu sangat tidak dirawat, dan akan lebih nyaman jika institusi pemerintahan khususnya kabupaten banten bisa mencontoh pelayanan pihak swasta.
Tingkatkan lg pelayanannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat tidak bagus, ngasih informasi persyaratannya setengah-setengah tidak sekaligus diawal jadi harus bulak balik rumah tigaraksa, setelah sampai di tempat katanya tutup jam 16.00 nyatanya jam 14 lewat udah tidak ada, katanya lagi latihan nyanyi buat lomba, sangat tidak profesional masih jam pelayanan tapi tidak ada, hanya buang2 waktu dari jam 8 pagi sampai jam 16.00 gak dapet apa-apa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lumayan oke tapi sebel banget kalo liat motor parkir di depan kantor padahal ada tanda larangan parkir disana petugasnya juga diem aja, dan pekerjanya suka ngerokok di atas itu ganggu banget apalagi bikin orang yang dibawah jadi ikutan juga, dan yang paling heran tempat seluas itu gak ada tempat sampah diluarnya. Aku keliling nyari tempat sampah cuma nemu satu itupun punya salah satu warung, parah sih. Tapi berkat kalian ibu ku bisa nguris KK &KTP lebih mudah

I went around looking for a garbage can only find one and even then it has one of the stalls, it's bad. But thanks to you my mother can save KK & KTP more easily

Setelah datang ke catatan sipil disuruh kembali ke kecamatan.
Alasannya.proses sudah di serah kan ke pihak kecamatan.
Setelah datang ke kecamatan.petugas kecamatan tidak bisa melayani proses pembuatan KTP.
Karna tidak ada visit.
Saya tidak menyalahkan kecamatan setempat.
Seharus catatan sipil tahu di kecamatan tidak ada visit pembuatan KTP.

Saya mau urus perbaikan akta lahir online, tapi ternyata no WA ga aktif, pas ditanyakan ktanya hp lgi di carger, tapi di tunggu berjam2 ga on juga, pelayanan publik sprti ini bikin jengkel
