Dari mulai ambil tiket sampai selesai kedua urusan, hanya butuh waktu kurang dari 40 menit, tidak ada isi formulir kertas, tidak ada pertanyaan2 yang tidak penting atau bersifat mengkritik, dan tidak ada pemungutan biaya apapun. Kepada SDM bagian pelayanan di loket pengambilan dokumen mohon diperhatikan kembali dalam beretika ya, karena apa. Pengalaman saya pribadi,tepat hari ini bagian pelayanan judes,jutek,tidak sopan. Memberitahu kesalahan nya dengan cara yang kurang enak terdengar nya. Untuk anak-anak PKL yang membantu juga samanya. Seharusnya bukan kah tugas SDM tersebut melayani? Bukan kah ada etika yang perlu diperhatikan dalam bekerja, dalam pelayanan terhadap masyarakat? Saya sudah menunggu,sudah dimarahin, ternyata berkas yang saya terima ada kesalahan cetak dari pihak kantornya. Terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman urus sendiri KK dan akte anak.sudah berbeda jauh dengan yg sebelumnya. Pelayanan saat ini lebih tertib, ramah dan cepat. Sy ambil antrian jam 08.45 dan PKL 9.50. sudah selesai.terimaksih diskdukcapil kota Bogor.
