For the place it does not matter but the most I do not like the service which sometimes seems to be difficult and the queues are always lengthening.

It's been 2 years trying to get my ID card reprinted. There're some improvements made to the processing service and it's good. But still needs a lot more to be convenient for public service. Keep up the good services.

The first time I went here was 7 years ago and it was undeniably one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered with the bureaucracy. Fast forward, I came back to this place around February 2020 to consolidate the data in my family registry because apparently it didn't match with BPJS's database and the service is still the worst ever. I had to spend half of my day just to submit the documents and wait for the confirmation receipt only to be told that the system was down so they're unable to correct my data right away. Very inefficient. Got a chance to talk with another citizens while I was there and some of them said that their e-ktp still hasn't been printed after waiting for two years because the blanko is incessantly unavailable. I wonder if it's ever available at all. Let's not get ahead of ourselves by talking and promoting Industry 4.0 slogan if the civil offices like this still maintain this kind of work ethic. It's still a long way to go.

Most of the employees are unfriendly when giving out services or if someone is asking for information. It is like they intentionally making me feels like I'm unwelcomed. Once, feels like more than enough to last a lifetime.

Always not a pleasant experience coming here. Well, for me personally, just like many other government-run place, this place shared its commonalities, the bad ones. 1. They stopped everything once break time (12pm to 1pm). By everything I mean things that are related to work (registration, administration services), even though there are a lot of people in line. I wonder if it were possible for them to alternate the staff's break time so that the service does not stop. It is very silly and looks very unprofessional to stop like this. 2. They ask for very specific things, but failed to inform them to the people. For example, they ask for a carton binder or a copy to came with documents, but it's not readily available around the premise. 3. The service are not punctual. No further information I should say here. 4. The premise are away from being called clean. 5. My very very personal rants here : who the hell designed the building? The place are not well lit in some areas. I really wonder if they think the design thoroughly. 6. Last but not least, these government people loves to make people spend their time to come here, which in my opinion is very ineffective and inefficient. So I had a story to add for this review. When I last came here to get my wife's electronic residents card receipt on December 2017, I have been informed, by the staff here, to came to District office instead of here. They told me that they have been providing the District office the ability to do the service I demanded and in doing so, they could not provide me with the service. It took me one hour to get to this place and the trip to the District office is another one hour. So I came down to the District office. After some queues, I am now informed that the staff at the District office could not print the receipt because my wife's data is not available on their server and they told me to get back to the Dukcapil again. I was a bit furious at the time but well nothing good ever came for arguing with these people so I came back here only to be told that the system is down and please come back tomorrow. That's 4 hours I spent went for nothing.. I almost punch the office table there. Seeing my tones, the staff even told me to get another leave tomorrow and if not possible, he told me to get somebody else doing the errand. That's some stupid suggestion I would say, because the government wants to get rid of calo (people who is professional in doing this kind of errand). Now they are suggesting to use calo??? So long story short I use calo and the calo informs me after three days they came back and forth that the system is down for three days and the staff also could not retrieve my wife's data.. So yeah, my wife have to do another data recording for the residents card. I have a low trust on the government and now it really is crumbling. Just some rants here and there

Worst place.. bad administration and even the officer are not stand by in their desk! It stated that the office hour should be from 8am to 2pm (during covid) but until 9am, no one was there. People have to wait in there with no confirmation whatsoever..
