Syarat yg harus kita bawa
1. Surat kelagiran dari bidan. kk org tua. Ktp org tua. Ktp dua org saksi. Dan isi formulir. Dan kita harus beli materai.

Conditions we have to bring
1. Birth letter from the midwife. kk old people. ID card for old people. ID cards for two witnesses. And fill out the form. And we have to buy materials.
