Cons: Microphones, guitars, drum, cables, carpark need a deep attention.
Advice : Will be better if you bring your own music gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jack cable, guitar and cymbal is broken, there's no guitar effect except from the amplifier itself (only distortion effect). I can get another Rehearsal studio better and cheaper than this.

The room is quite big there is big couch there.. And the instruments is good enough.
