★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang berbelit belit. Untuk minta informasi seputar nilai kalori batubara saja harus dilempar kesana kemari sama satpamnya dengan alasan sedang WFH. Yang standby hanya satpam, yang memberikan penjelasan cuma satpamnya alhasil saling lempar. Masa setingkat dirjen kementerian tidak ada pelayanan terpadu satu pintu yang standby di kantor? Standar pelayanannya tidak memuaskan

Tidak bisa konsultasi tatap muka, dan nomor-nomor hotline tidak aktif atau tidak diangkat pada jam09.00 pagi (pengumuman di spanduk nomor hotline aktif jam 08.00-16.00). Sudah masuk 2022 ini pak, tolong ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan publiknya ?
In the midst of government programs that prioritize ease of investment, ESDM even seems difficult to contact. Cannot have face-to-face consultations, and hotline numbers are inactive or not picked up at 09.00 am (announcement on the hotline number banner is active at 08.00-16.00). It's 2022, sir, please improve the public service ?
