★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang pertama, order kamar deluxe seharga 500rb, ekspektasinya adalah dpt kamar yg standart, di keterangan tertulis ada air panas di kamar mandi, tyt cmn hiasan di kran air saja, tp ga ada air panasnya, kebayang kan daerah Salatiga yg dingin & mandi dengan air dingin juga. Kasian anak2....
Di toilet jg tidak tersedia tisu toilet (tp buat saya sih ga urgent)
Walaupun ada AC dan dipasang suhu 20 C tp ternyata AC nya ga dingin. ?
Free WiFi, amaaaan bgt sampai jam 7 pagi, setelah itu keterangannya adalah "tidak ada koneksi data"
Saya order sarapan jam 7 pagi (karena harus check out pagi2), telp ke resepsionis katanya sedang dimasak, diantar ke kamar jam 8.05 dengan kondisi makanan adem ?
Mohon maaf, saya hanya bisa kasih bintang 1, karena dengan harga segitu saya dapat pelayanan yg kurang.
Semoga ke depannya bs diperbaiki lagi.
 First, order a deluxe room for 500 thousand, the expectation is to get a standard room, in the written description there is hot water in the bathroom, tyt only decorations on the water faucet, but there is no hot water, imagine the cold Salatiga area & shower with water cold too. Poor kids....
There is also no toilet paper in the toilet (but for me it's not urgent)
Even though there is AC and the temperature is 20 C, it turns out that the AC is not cold. ️
Free WiFi, really great until 7 am, after that the statement is "no data connection"
I ordered breakfast at 7 in the morning (because I had to check out in the morning), phoned the receptionist he said it was being cooked, delivered to the room at 8.05 with cool food conditions
Sorry, I can only give 1 star, because at that price I get less service.
Hopefully in the future it can be fixed again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality and excellent service from the staff. Helpful and moderate. The room is clean even though not really spacious but good enough. The air conditioner work well.

Had stayed for one night at room 216 with pond and small waterfall in front of the room. The pond was too dark with only small light hole to let the sun ray break through. The hot water is intermittent that sometimes give me a surprise during shower.
Morning view from the terrace is beautiful, but some commercial block it a little. The parking lot is enough. 3 big cars, 1 medium car, and several cars by the side of the road.
