★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pesan dari tanggal 25 maret, katanya barang akan dikirimkan setelah tanggal 31 maret. Saya bersabar sampai tanggal 2 april, masih belum ada notifikasi pengiriman, saya hubungi WA nya, dibalas 3 hari sesudahnya, katanya akan dikirim setelah tanggal 7 april karena ada penundaan. Saya maklumi dan bersabar sampai tanggal 10 april masih belum dikirim. Saya chat lagi dan sampai hari ini, tanggal 14 april belum dibalas chatnya. Akhirnya saya teleppn call centernya, ternyata katanya produk dengan warna yang saya pilih "BELUM PASTI kapan akan dikirimkan." Dan saya malah disarankan ubah warna pilihan saya kalau mau cepat dikirim barangnya.Tentu saja saya kesal. Saya sudah bersabar selama 2 minggu, (3 minggu kalo dihitung dari tanggal saya pesan) dan di php in dengan informasi yang gak pasti. Kalau memang dari awal tidak pasti kapan, tolong diberitahu sebelumnya, jangan sampai harus customer yang mengejar ngejar informasi, chatnya pun sangat slow reponse dan tidak bisa diandalkan.
Saya benar benar kecewa, padahal saya dengar dari banyak orang dinomarket bagus. Ini pertama kalinya saya berbelanja di dinomarket dan saya tidak akan mau berbelanja disini lagi. Pengalaman pertama saya buruk dan saya tidak mau mengalami hal yang sama lagi.
 I ordered from March 25th, he said the goods will be delivered after March 31st. I was patient until April 2, there was still no delivery notification, I contacted WA, replied 3 days later, he said it would be sent after April 7 because there was a delay. I understand and be patient until the 10th of April it has not been sent. I chat again and to this day, April 14th, the chat has not been replied to. Finally I teleppn the call center, it turns out that he said the product with the color I selected "NOT SURE when it will be delivered." And I was even advised to change the color of my choice if I wanted to send the goods quickly. Of course I was annoyed. I have been patient for 2 weeks, (3 weeks if counting from the date I ordered) and was php in with uncertain information. If indeed from the beginning it is uncertain when, please notify beforehand, don't let the customer chase after information, the chat is also very slow to respond and unreliable.
I was really disappointed, even though I heard from many people in the good market. It's my first time shopping at a dinomarket and I won't want to shop here anymore. My first experience was bad and I don't want to go through the same thing again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang yg dipesan sering gak ada padahal sebelumnya tertera, dan bisa di order. Giliran mau di complain, di wa slow respon, di tlp gak diangkat.
Mau refund dana juga bisa berminggu2.
Kinerja yang sangat buruk!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicenya buruk sekali! Produk di halaman tertera masih ada stoknya, begitu dibeli ternyata kosong, dan uangnya sudah ke-transfer. Janjinya di-refund dalam jangka waktu 7 hari setelah pembayaran, awal dihubungi masih respon tapi ujung2nya malah ngilang. Tidak bertanggung jawab sama sekali.
The service is so bad! The product on the page says it's still in stock, when I bought it, it was empty, and the money has been transferred. The promise was to be refunded within 7 days after payment, the initial contact was still a response but in the end it disappeared. Not responsible at all.
