β β β β β Pelayanan sangat buruk. Mau urus IMB hilang, dokumen sudah disiapkan disuruh input sendiri, disuruh scan sendiri (ga disiapkan alat scanner, ada 1 tukang fotocopi kerjanya suka-suka, mentang2 dibutuhkan), komputer disiapkan yg aktif cuma 2 , antri lama dan panjang untuk pakai komputer (untuk isi formulir). Selama isi formulir online ga ada yang mau bantu untuk edukasi, petugas sibuk masing2 di kursinya sambil ngobrol nunggu mkan siang, pengunjung cuma dijelasin secara singkat dan tidak berisi, tanpa dipandu di depan layar komputer, sehingga harus nanya bolaj balik berulang kali ketika belajar mengisi formulir online. Kerjaan yang seharusnya sehari tuntas bisa jadi seminggu belum tentu selesai, karena waktu isi formulir kalau salah, butuh menghubungi administrator untuk revisi, tapi administratornya tidak ada alias tidak dapat dihubungi dengan berbagai alasan. Bikin darah tinggi

β β β β β Mengurus Izin Usaha sudah lebih dari 3 bulan gak selesai - selesai, dilempar ke Dinas P&K, Tenaga Kerja, Perindag.....sampai di dinas mereka juga pada bingung.....ngapain juga harus ke Dinas lagi kalo sudah satu atap katanya, tapi masih harus ke sana kemari....hadeuh pusing.....bikin jengkel....padahal mau menciptakan lapangan kerja....tapi malah bikin ribet.....Kumaha atuh Kang Bima ???

β β β β β Ruangan sangat nyaman dan teratur. Antrian teratur dan tidak terlalu ramai. Sudah disiapkan komputer untuk input data sendiri sebanyak 3 unit termasuk untuk isi formulir dan kebutuhan lain secara on line. Proses input data juga dibantu oleh pegawai yang telah ditugaskan.
Room very comfortable and orderly. The queue was regular and not too crowded. A computer has been prepared for 3 units of own data input including for filling out forms and other online needs. The data input process is also assisted by assigned employees.
