Alurnya supaya jelas :
1. Konsultasi dulu ke bagian INFORMASI di kantor Dukcapil SKA
2. Nanti akan diarahkan ke aplikasi setelah ketemu permasalahannya dan dijelaskan utk solusinya
3. Tinggal daftar dan masukin aja keluhan kamu sesuai dengan yg diinginkan melalui Aplikasi Dukcapil Surakarta (Wajib Save Nomor Dukcapil Surakarta yg ada di peringatan Aplikasi tsb)
4. Setelah terkirim dan semua data2 jelas, nanti dari WA akan ada Chat dari Dukcapil mengenai estimasi pengerjaan sama laporan bahwa sudah terkirim
5. Tinggal ikutin aja estimasi tsb, SELESAI
Jadi intinya harus lengkap data yang dibutuhkan sesuai keluhan, sama penjelasannya harus mendetail ketika ada keluhan.
