★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan lah.. pengalaman ngurus KK baru dan cetak KTP. Cetak KK dpt form pengisian dr kecamatan, diisikan sendiri apa keperluan perubahannya.. Pengalaman saya, perubahan tsb perlu siapkan/sertakan bukti asli+fc (ijazah, kartu goldar, surat nikah), biar efisien dan ga bolak-balik. Pengisian form pergantian yang dr kecamatan saja tanpa bukti pendukung sama aja ga keganti datanya.
 Not bad... the experience of taking care of a new KK and printing an ID card. Print the KK, get the filling form from the sub-district, fill in yourself what the changes are needed.. In my experience, the changes need to be prepared/include original proof + fc (diploma, gold card, marriage certificate), so that it is efficient and doesn't go back and forth. Just filling in the replacement form from the sub-district without supporting evidence is the same as not replacing the data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat menunggu tidak nyaman. Ada kipas di prioritaskan hanya kepada pegawai saja sehingga pengunjung sangat amat kegerahan. Pegawai sangat tidak ramah. Suka berbicara nada tinggi (pupak fajariah)
Kami datang membawa harapan untuk dibantu, kami taat aturan, apa yang kami belum paham ya seharusnya di bimbing. Bukan dibentak dimarahi didepan banyak orang. Kami juga capek mengantri, menunggu, tidak hanya ibu saja yang capek bekerja melayani. Tolong bekerja yang ikhlas jangan semaunya sendiri.

Saya sudah sampai di kantor sejak pukul 7.28. dua menit sebelum pelayanan dibuka. Ketika menuju area layanan yang saya butuhkan, di sana tak ada antrean sama sekali. Jangankan antrean, petugasnya saja belum siap.
Beberapa jenak kemudian, berkas berupa akta kelahiran yang perlu dilegalisasi saya serahkan ke petugas. Setelah itu, saya menunggu di kursi tunggu yang sudah disediakan. Kurang dari setengah jam setelahnya, nama saya dipanggil. Dannn, selesai.
Antrean yang cukup panjang di bagian pembuatan KTP dan KK. O, ya, pengurusan pindah domisili di bagian depan juga amat panjang antreannya.

The queue is quite long at the ID and KK making section. Oh, yes, the line for moving domicile at the front is also very long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor dinas tempat mengurus surat2 penting kabupaten Kebumen, seperti KK, Ktp, Akte dll ... pelayanan cukup baik, hanya sistem pengurusan agak kurang efisien ... tatanan ruang pengurusan surat2 agak kurang terkoordinir antara ruang tunggu dengan kebutuhan surat yg akan di urus, informasi lebih dibutuhkan masyarakat agar saat pengurusan surat2 tidak membingungkan, ruangan pembuatan ktp terkesan darurat berada di bagian belakang gedung
