★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kenapa ya disduk pandeglang data nya ngaco semua,, gak fokus atau gimana petugas yang input datanya? Sekarang mau bikin KTP jadi susah, data ny salah semua gak sesuai. Jadi double data,, padahal pas mau minta surat pindah udah jelas data nya, nama, nomor nik, nama ayah, nama ibu, tapi kenapa sekarang pas mau bikin KTP d tempat kepindahan data di pandeglangnya masih ada dan double data. Jadi harus tarik data dan msih mending kalo data2 ny sama, inimah ngaco semua, harus banyak yang di rubah, ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jauh jauh dari Tempat kerja di Jakarta untuk urus data pindah, pindahnya sih sudah lama tahun 2017 untuk anggota 9 orang cuma data saya masih nyangkut di Pandeglang, 2018 saya urus masih juga blum bisa dngan alasan sistem lagi eror, hari Senin 7 Maret 2022 saya coba lagi jauh jauh dari tempat kerja di Jakarta ke desa ci awi lanjut ke kecamatan patia untuk urus data tersebut, setelah di tingkat kabupaten alasan sistem sedang di update mohon hari jum’at 11 Maret 2022 untuk datang kembali, di tgl 11 Maret 2022 saya berangkat dari Tangerang di tempat kediaman orang tua berangkat jam 05.30 sampai capil kurang lebih jm 09.00 setelah saya kasih berkas ke petugas bilang nya sistem masih update, dan si petugas pun bilang tinggalkan saja no watsapp nanti akan di hubungi tapi sampai saat ini 14 Maret 2022 blum juga ada kabar.
Se umur umur baru kali ini mendapatkan pelayan yg sangat buruk. Tolong untuk pegawai pegawai capil Pandeglang tugas kalian untuk melayani masyarakat di gaji untuk melayani data data rakyat, masa iya kalian kerja mau makan gajih buta sih. Saya tau memang pusing kerja di pencatatan sipil, tapi sudah tugas kalian kyk gitu.
Saya harap ke depannya lagi dinas pencatatan sipil kabupaten Pandeglang lebih responsif dan segera memperbaiki sistem kinerjanya

For a new age this time getting very bad waiters. Please for Pandeglang civil servants, it's your job to serve the community at a salary to serve people's data, when you work, you want to eat blind wages. I know it's a headache working in civil registration, but that's your job.
I hope that in the future the civil registration office of Pandeglang Regency will be more responsive and immediately improve its performance system
