Pengaduan dan layanan dapat meminta link di petugas yang berjaga di pos masuk..
Insya Allah dilayani...siapkan gadget androidnya..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas kurang kompeten. Padahal udah di WA dulu sebelum dateng ke kantor menjelaskan keperluan apa, janjian. setelah datang jauh2, dibilang “kepala dinas nya lagi dinas di luar ini harus minta ttd. mba datang lagi besok”!!!!
Ga konsiderasi waktu tenaga orang. harus nya bilang sebelum janjian.
Incompetent officers. Even though I was in WA before I came to the office, I explained what I needed, I made an appointment. after coming all the way, it was said "the head of the service is still outside the service must ask for signature. I'll come again tomorrow"!!!!
No consideration of people's time and energy. should have said before the appointment.
