★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kok ngambil nomor antrian nya masih jadul yaa, harus ngambil nomor antrian jam 6 pagi, sedangkan kantor nya aja blm buka jam segitu, knpa gk coba pake mesin nomor antrian otomatis aja? seperti di BANK ataupun di kantor kantor lain pelayanan masyarakat lain! Mohon di perbaiki lagi pelayanan dan sistem nya
How come taking the queue number is still old school, you have to take the queue number at 6 am, while the office isn't open yet, why not try using an automatic queue number machine? like in a BANK or in another public service office! Please fix the service and system again

Kenapa ga langsung dionline kan pas bikin? Jadi susah ini itu saya! Susah buat kartu atm, layanan publik yg bersifat online, ya karna belum online ktp nya. Tolong dong diperhatikan lagi, jangan mempersulit gini.
