★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Murah meriah karena dengan harga segitu udah termasuk listrik dan air jadi gak usah bayar apa2 lagi, udah ada kasur, bantal, guling, sprei, gantungan baju, kipas angin, ada teras depan belakang, kamar depan ada jendela, dan dekat kemana-mana, serta gak repot cari angkot karena ada angkot ok oc gratis ke halte busway stop di depan rumah. Jadi ke kantor cukup bayar busway.
Cheap, cheap because with prices that already include electricity and water so no need to pay anything else, there are mattresses, pillows, bolsters, bed linen, clothes hangers, fans, there is a front porch back, front rooms have windows, and near everywhere, and don't bother looking for angkot because there is a free ok oc public transportation to the busway stop in front of the house.
