★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan mengecewakan. Pertama kali service disini disuruh tunggu dipanggil, hingga 30 menit tidak dipanggil, malah nomor lain yang tidak ada diantrian. Tanya ke cs nya itu nomor antrian darimana, katanya tunggu aja tanpa penjelasan. Akhirnya ke bengkel lain juga dah.
Disappointing service. The first time the service here was told to wait to be called, up to 30 minutes were not called, instead the other numbers that were not diantrianed. Ask the cs the queue number from where, he said, wait without explanation. Finally to another workshop too.

I've been there last year untuk membeli satu unit mobil Avanza. Dari yang saya rasakan, pelayanan di sini cucok meong dan sangat terorganisir, rapi. Pak Dimasnya juga ramah, baik, dan informatif syekaliii, customer bener-bener kebantu dan nggak dibuat bingung sama sekali.
Sukses terus ke depannya yaa pak, jangan ke belakang, nabrak nanti. Doain juga, doain saya punya uang segudang, supaya bisa beli mobil di bapak lagi, supaya bisa ngoleksi mobil seperti mengoleksi hot wheels. Terima kasih.
