Beli rumah untuk investasi atau langsung ditempati,jelas tidak akan merugikan.Hampir pasti kelak akan menjadi perkotaan yang semakin ramai...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jauh2 survei mau beli tipe 45 tidak jadi. ktmu salah satu tetangga disitu bilang ruangan 45 engap n samping kuburan, bagusan disain rumah dia tipe 36. akhirny sy dibisikin temenny kata ny yang ngomong suka ngelantur stres kaena mandul. jd makin mikir sy, karna pny ank2 kecil
