★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hasil cetakan BS krna mesin rusak tapi tetap d cetak semua tanpa info sama sekali, sering cetakan ngedouble, d komplain terus tapi gk ada perbaikan malah WA D blok, email gk pernah d bales.
BS printouts because the machine is broken but still print all without any info at all, often double print, and keep complaining but there is no improvement, even WA D blocks, emails have never been replied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang bagus, bilang ttup jam 9 tpi jam 8.25 udah ttup.. Padahal cetakan saya ada yg belum di print karna kesalahan dy gga ngecek lagi tpi ttp gga di print.. Berasa kayak di usir saya, padahal pengunjung lain juga masih banyak yg mau print tpi di tolak.. Beberapa x admin eror suka double cetak atau kurang cetak bahkan pernah waktu mesin dy rusak karna saya butuh buru2 saya minta cancel eh malah di print juga, saya gga enak hati karna pikir pasti bakal print lagi di situ.. Tapi Udah 2 atau 3x kaya gitu parahnya.. Padahal saya sering print di situ hampir tiap hari, nominalnya bisa sampai 200-350rbu an sekarang jadi males kalo gga kepepet bgt..
The service is not good, say it ttup at 9 tpi at 8.25 already ttup .. Even though my prints have not been printed because of an error dy I don't check anymore but the prints don't print .. Feels like I was kicked out, even though there are still many other visitors who want tpi is rejected .. Some x admin errors like double print or less print even when the dy machine broke down because I needed to hurry up I asked to cancel it instead it printed it too, I was not comfortable because I thought I would print again there .. But Already 2 or 3 times like that so bad ... Even though I often print there almost every day, the nominal can be up to 200-350 thousand and now it becomes lazy if I don't need it really fast ..
