★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first ever hike, and I can say that the hike up was not too bad! It took my group 2 hours from the base to the summit.
The view at the summit was breathtaking, so make sure to catch both the sunset and sunrise if possible.
Beware that the summit is coldest in August and September (bring a ski jacket/ winter coat) and temperatures can go as low as 0 Celsius. Also, if you're hiking in the dry season, make sure to bring a mask and glasses because the wind can kick up a sandstorm at top.
