★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya Membeli Suzuki Ertiga Silver tahun 2013 di Showroom Dian Motor 1, saya beli sekitar di Pertengahan Desember 2019. Penjual mengatakan KM nya: 53 ribuan, dan memang yang tercatat di Speedometer sama. Setelah Deal oleh Leasing, Selang 2 minggu kemudian saya Telp Ke Bengkel Resmi Mobil Suzuki, ternyata History Terakhir Service itu adalah di tgl 19 Agustus 2018 dengan KM 131.227!! Jadi Masih ada Jeda waktu menuju Desember 2019, yaitu sekitar 16 bulan. Dengan Asumsi Pertambahan KM sekitar 25 ribu/ tahun (Dari Berbagai sumber).
Maka bisa dikesimpulkan, KM Mobil Ertiga ketika saya beli itu Berada di Angka 156.227. Saya Meminta Pertanggungjawaban dari Penjual soal Ini, namun Penjual hanya bilang tidak mungkin kami mengecek angka real KM mobil tersebut, itu bisa memakan waktu beberapa hari. Lalu saya bilang, saya menelepon untuk mengecek angka KM ke Bengkel Resmi Mobil Suzuki, hanya memakan waktu 2 Menit saja kok.
Jadi Saya Minta Kompensasi senilai 5 Juta Rupiah. Karena KM yang terpaut sangat jauh antara yang tertera (juga terkatakan oleh penjual) dengan Angka KM Asli yang saya dapat dari Sumber Terpercaya. Perbedaannya sekitar 103 Ribuan KM. Namun Penjual hanya menyanggupi Kompensasi senilai 1,5 Juta, Itu hanya Sekitar 30 Persen dari yang saya Minta.
Saya disini tidak hanya mengatakan Pengalaman saya terhada showroom tersebut. Saya tidak berusaha memprovokasi calon pembeli yang ingin beli kesana. Penjualnya Ramah kok, Namun alangkah baiknya Pengalaman saya ini dijadikan pelajaran bagi para Calon Pembeli Mobil Bekas. Terima Kasih.
I bought a 2013 Suzuki Ertiga Silver at the Dian Motor 1 Showroom, I bought it in mid-December 2019. The seller said the KM: 53 thousand, and indeed what was recorded on the Speedometer was the same. After the Deal by Leasing, 2 weeks later I called the official Suzuki car repair shop, it turned out that the last Service History was on August 19, 2018 with KM 131,227 !! So there is still a time lag to December 2019, which is around 16 months. With the assumption of KM increase of around 25 thousand / year (from various sources).
So it can be concluded, the KM Ertiga car when I bought it was 156,227. I ask the seller to take responsibility for this, but the seller just said it was impossible for us to check the car's real KM figure, it could take several days. Then I said, I called to check the KM number to the Suzuki Car Authorized Repair Shop, it only took 2 minutes.
So I asked for compensation worth 5 million rupiah. Because KM is very far away between what is listed (also said by the seller) and the original KM number that I got from a trusted source. The difference is around 103 thousand KM. But the seller only agreed to compensation worth 1.5 million, that's only about 30 percent of what I asked for.
I'm here not only to say my experience at the showroom. I'm not trying to provoke potential buyers who want to buy there. The seller is friendly, but it would be nice of my experience to be used as a lesson for prospective used car buyers. Thanks.
