★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel terburuk yg pernah ada! Saya klaim tahun 2015. Dan hasil pengecatannya benar2 mengelupas semua (body di bawah pintu mobil). Belum lg di bagian gagang pintu kasar seperti habis di amplas, sudah di klaim lg ke dian mobil tapi tetep ga ada perubahan. Satu kata KAPOK !
 The worst workshop ever! I claim 2015. And the results of the painting really peel all (the body under the car door). Not yet on the handle of the rough door like finished on the sandpaper, it has been claimed again by the car but it still hasn't changed. One word KAPOK!

Dan parkir motor tidak ada, malah parkir di parkiran Starbucks, di dlm khusus parkir karyawan Dian Mobil, dilarang sama Satpam nya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah 2 kali ke sini utk cat dan perbaikan body mobil, cukup puas dengan kerjanya, kualitasnya bagus, kondisi mobil dicek terlebih dahulu sebelum pengerjaan dan mobil dicuci setelah selesai. pernah coba ke tempat lain kecewa, tidak ada pengecekan mobil sebelum pengerjaan dan kualitas tidak sebagus disini padahal harganya sama
I've been here 2 times to paint and repair the car body, quite satisfied with the work, the quality is good, the condition of the car is checked before work and the car is washed after completion. have tried other places disappointed, there is no checking of the car before the work and the quality is not as good as here even though the price is the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa sama pelayanannya. Saya claim asuransi buat repair bbrp part, tapi setelah selesai ternyata ada part lainnya yang rusak (bagian baut pintu penumpang depan pecah, padahal ini mobil baru dan saya gak pernah dibuka sama sekali). Padahal sebelumnya baik-baik aja. Saat dicek juga gak ada masalah. Pas diambil, ada part yg rusak. Pihak bengkel & pihak asuransi semuanya lepas tangan. Udah gitu uang recehan yg ketinggalan saat masukin bengkel, itu juga hilang. Bener-bener kecewa!!!!! Mending gak usah claim kalo ternyata bikin ada part yg pecah & rusak, tp mereka lepas tangan!! SUPER KECEWA!!!!
Very disappointed with the service. I claimed insurance for repairing some parts, but after finishing it turned out that another part was damaged (the front passenger door bolt was broken, even though this is a new car and I have never opened it). Even though it was fine before. When checked, there is no problem. When I took it, there was a broken part. The repair shop & insurance are all hands off. That's how the change that was left behind when entering the workshop, was also lost. Really disappointed!!!!! It's better not to claim if it turns out that there are broken and damaged parts, but they let go!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu bengkel ini jadi bengkel andalan kami, tapi sekarang kualitasnya sangat memprihatinkan.
Pertama kali datang, katanya bisa “rawat jalan”, karena mobil perlu dipakai, jadi sy harus bolak balik untuk perbaikannya. Sekitar 3 hari bolak balik, katanya mobil udah beres. Tapi ternyata dempulan masih dekok, cat ngga rata, permukaan masih kasar.
Setelah komplain, dian mobil bersedia memperbaiki tapi mobil harus nginep 2 malam. Di hari ketiga, katanya tinggal di poles, karena kebetulan lewat maka sy mampir untuk liat progress.
Ternyata dekok dan gelombang masih ada, ngga mungkin bisa hilang dengan di poles. Montir saling lempar kesalahan, kepala bengkel bilang dia lebih banyak diluar dan belum cek kondisi mobil. Parah dan ngga tau lagi harus complain kemana.
Kalau ngga terpaksa banget, lebih baik cari bengkel lain. Karena jelas pengerjaannya asal dan kualitas diragukan.

The first time he came, he said he could "outpatient", because the car needed to be used, so I had to go back and forth for repairs. About 3 days back and forth, he said the car was in order. But it turns out that the putty is still cracked, the paint is uneven, the surface is still rough.
After the complaint, Dian Car was willing to repair but the car had to stay 2 nights. On the third day, he said he was still in polish, because I happened to be passing by so I stopped by to see the progress.
It turns out that the deck and waves are still there, it's impossible to get rid of them by polishing them. The mechanic threw the blame at each other, the head of the repair shop said he was mostly outside and had not checked the condition of the car. It's bad and I don't know where to complain anymore.
If you don't really have to, it's better to find another workshop. Because it is clear that the workmanship is original and the quality is doubtful.
