They have a charital free medical checkup ongoing every 3rd week of the month. WARNING! If you want to come, be prepared that you will be with lots of sick cats!
Price-wise for pet treatment is abit expensive. Even with discounts is still expensive. The staffs & the vet are friendly (1 vet was not really sympathetic, a short stature lady, maybe it was due that I was the only one bringing a dog, she gave a snarky remarks that was not pleasant to be heard).
The receptionist is totally unfriendly! I understand that it was busy and she was maybe swamped with works, but in service-oriented like this, I think it's important to keep amiable atmosphere.
Not recommending the acupuncture, the original quote for a dog was suddenly raised just because my dog was not a mongrel breed. (FYI: my dog is a medium dog, 20kg, mix breed). Felt it was a rip off, right off the bat.
