β β β β β Horrible customer service, 2 weeks delay on the customs and then they charge you for "storage" . So basically they are delaying the shipments so they earn more money for storage. Horrible, will never use DHL again, ever!

A delivery was send wrong via India. This was on the way for over 3 months!
Another delivery of clothing arrived soaked and moldy after 9 weeks airfright
Pay 416,000rp customs today. DHL has the cheek to beat 165,000rp on top of it despite horrendous transport fees.
Finally the payment system was not working and no way to contact them direct!
You should learn to be fair to your customers!

β β β β β Went far away from Depok just to send a document needed to arrive in Japan ASAP.
Came with a mindset that it MIGHT be faster if I drop the package at the nearest branch by the airport (in fact, in the final warehouse itself). Well, I still don't have any proof that it is shipped faster than if I drop it at any other branches, but the service here certainly didn't disappoint!
Dropped my package Wednesday afternoon, web tracking showed it departed on the plane early Thursday morning. The package was received by Monday evening in Japan. Faster than expected arrival which was supposed to be the next Wednesday!
For those of you who need to send packages abroad, don't hesitate to use DHL services. Even in this pandemic, deliveries are still fairly quick, although the express (1-3 days delivery) is still unavailable. Of course, this might not apply if your packages contain risky items for custom clearance.
