★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya agak sempit untuk kemas2 barang tp pelayanan ramah, sngt informatif & sngt membantu. DHL agak jarang ditempat kami.
The place is a bit cramped to pack things up but the service is friendly, very informative & very helpful. DHL is rather rare in our place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat tidak luas. Posisi ruangnya Agak kebelakan. Hampir terlewat, untung plang dhl-nya jd patokan. Karena hanya administrasi dan penerimaan barang yg mau dikirim, Proses tidak lama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pekerjaan disini lama sekali. Saya ingin mengirim barang ke London memakan waktu lebih 1 jam. Orangnya tidak memiliki box kardus untuk packing sehingga harus menggunakan kardus dari saya, kebetulan saja saya punya di mobil itupun harus di potong2 dulu. Dan disini juga bukan DHL resmi langsung jadi member DHL saya tidak bisa digunakan.
Edit untuk menjawab response dari owner:
Ditempat ini tidak menyediakan Dus resmi DHL yang berwarna kuning dengan nomor2nya.
Ketika saya datang hanya tersedia dus-dus besar berwarna cokelat seperti dus aqua gelas dan tidak ada dus kecil. Sehingga saya harus mencari Dus sendiri di luar.
Selama ini pun memang barang yang akan dikirimkan selalu di packing oleh pihak DHL dalam dus atau amplop khusus dari mereka yang sudah ada standar ukurannya, tidak pernah saya mempacking barang sendiri.
Produk yang saya ingin kirimkan adalah 14 item obat2an pribadi dan peralatan kamar mandi, tidak besar dan tidak banyak bayangkan saja botol obat 150ml dan 2 box tissue, semua muat dalam satu kantung belanja Indomaret ukuran normal yang didapati kalau beli tas belanja di Indomaret ketika tidak membawa kantung belanja sendiri.
Setelah dari situ saya langsung menuju ke DHL resmi di Wolter Monginsidi, bukan agen2 seperti di DHL Express Cirendue. Disitu tidak lebih dari 30 menit dan saya sudah menuju pulang kembali, sudah termasuk mendata, input penerima-pengirim dll. Dan pembayaran bisa melalui Kartu Kredit Dan diskon member saya bisa terpakai.

This place does not provide DHL official boxes which are yellow in color with their numbers.
When I arrived, there were only large brown boxes like the aqua glass boxes and no small boxes. So I have to find Dus myself outside.
So far, the goods to be sent are always packed by DHL in special boxes or envelopes from those with standard sizes, I have never packed the goods myself.
The products I want to send are 14 items of personal medicine and bathroom equipment, not big and not much, just imagine a 150ml medicine bottle and 2 boxes of tissue, all fit in one normal size Indomaret shopping bag that you find when you buy a shopping bag at Indomaret when you don't bring it. own shopping bag.
