★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya Sekarang Sangat jauh berbeda dg Tenaga Disain yg 2 tahun lain saya terima khususnya tenaga Cowoknya yg sekarang KURANG RAMAH. Jadi kalau ngedisain harus ditungguin sampai Selesai,kalau ditinggal bisa diabaikan diganti dg order yg ditungguin. Alhasil esok harinya Disainnya belum jadi. Padahal Disainnya sederhana aja. Ditungguin 30 menit disain bisa jadi. Plus nyalahin pakai nyalahin yg order kenapa gak pakai si X aja,saya kan tidak ngerjain satu aja. Itu kesalahan Fatal yg diucap staf disain Cowoknya. Padahal kita kan diarahkan sama yg trima order. Tapi sudahlah...Saran saya perbaiki Kwalitas SDMnya..Kalau hasil cetak sih bagus. Persaingan Usaha Print makin Ketat Bung. Utama Kwalitas SDMnya juga. Thanks
The service now is very much different from the design staff that I received 2 years ago, especially the male staff who are now LESS FRIENDLY. So if you are designing, you have to wait until it is finished, if you leave it, you can ignore it and replace it with the order you are waiting for. As a result, the next day the design was not finished. Even though the design is simple. Waited 30 minutes the design can be done. Plus, blame the person who ordered, why not just use X, I didn't just do one thing. That's a fatal mistake that the guy design staff said. Even though we were directed by the one who received the order. But never mind... My advice is to improve the quality of the human resources... The prints are good. Print Business Competition is getting tougher dude. The main thing is the quality of human resources. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena ini penyesia jasa. Pelayanan yang di berikan baik. Pegawai ramah ramah dan mendengarkan permintaan saya walaupun agak merepotkan.
Barang yang dijual atau diaediakan juga lengkap. Berbagai produk printing dan merchandise bisa di pesan disini.
Kenapa saya ngasih bintang 4? Operator yang melayani sepertinya kurang paham mengenai mesin yang digunakan dan settinganya bagaimana. Serta tidak adanya 'test print' untuk melihat warna turun atau tidak. Walopun saya sedikit cetak, tapi tetap saya adalah customer.
Selebihnya sangat baik.

Because this is a service provider. The service provided is good. The staff is friendly and listens to my requests even though it's a bit inconvenient.

Why did I give 4 stars? The service operator seems not to understand the machine used and how to set it up. And the absence of a 'test print' to see if the color goes down or not. Even though I print a little, I'm still a customer.
The rest is very good.
