★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget sama pelayananny.. Dokter bilang mau liat dlu posisi giginya, dia suru aku 2kali rontgen (di tempat dia juga) which is 2jt dan 700rb.. Ak kira itu profesional, tp hasil rontgenku baru diliat setelah tindakan.. Saya merasa gak bisa diskusi dan gak punya pilihan, bhkan dokter inject anestesi tanpa ijin.. Surat pernyataan persetujuan veener dikasih setelah smua tindakan selesai, dan mereka minta tanda tangan doang tanpa suru pasien baca.. Surat pernyataan persetujuan veener tsb tidak di-print dlm bentuk kertas tapi mereka suru tanda tangan di gadget (hanya nunjukkin bagian tanda tangan).. Mereka janji gigi porcelein saya jadi 10hari dan akan atur jdwal pemasangan gigi.. tp sampi di hari ke 10 tidak ada follow up dan konfirmasi lbh lanjut utk appoinment.. Kenapa gak tuntut? percuma jg, karena saksinya ya cuma karyawan2nya si dokter.. Saya shared pengalaman saya karena saya cm gak mau nnti orang laen bernasib sama spt saya..
I was very disappointed with the service ... The doctor said he wanted to see the position of his teeth, he told me two times x-ray (at his place too) which is 2m and 700rb ... I thought it was professional, but my x-rays were new after the action ... I felt unable discussion and not having a choice, can the doctor inject anesthesia without permission ... A veener approval statement is given after all the actions are completed, and they ask for a signature without the patient's reading .. The veener approval statement is not printed in paper form but they ask for signatures on the gadget (just show the signature part) .. They promise my porceline teeth will be 10 days and will arrange for the gear installation ... but until the 10th day there is no follow-up and further confirmation for appoinment ... Why don't I demand ? It's useless, because the witness is only the doctor's employee ... I shared my experience because I don't want anyone to suffer the same fate as me ..
