★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RS Pondok indah tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, pelayanan Administrasinya ramah... ,Cuman untuk pelayanan dokter kulit devy ini kurang melayani terhadap penyakit yg saya alami..., saya mengalami bercak putih di kulit ,tanpa pemeriksaan lebih lanjut atau pun dari lab dokter hanya bilang itu kekurangan pigmen, saya tanya yg menyebabkan pigmen berkurang apa dok ,dokter bilang "kita gak tau penyebabnya apa", Dan mendiaknosa vitiligo ... Itu yg membuat saya kecewa...
 Pondok Pondok Hospital is a comfortable and clean place, the administration service is friendly ..., but for this devy dermatologist service, I am not serving the disease I am experiencing ... said it lacked pigment, I asked what caused the reduced pigment doc, the doctor said "we don't know what causes it", and diagnosed vitiligo ... That's what makes me disappointed ...

Dokter yang tidak komunikatif, ketika ditanya ttg prosedur masakan nyuruh suster nya yang jelasin. Setelah tindakan tidak ada debrief sama sekali, harus ditanya dan suster yang menjelaskan. Parah!
Very disappointing.
The doctor who was not communicative, when asked about the cooking procedure, asked the nurse to explain. After the action there was no debrief at all, had to be asked and the nurse explained. Critical!
