★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentra Jamu Kiringan adalah kawasan desa wisata yang berada di dusun Kiringan, Kelurahan Canden, Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Bantul. Hal yang unik bisa dijumpai di dusun Kiringan yakni 80% ibu-ibunya adalah penjual Jamu Tradisional. Jamu yang ketika disajikan harus melalui proses peracikan lebih dahulu sebelum diminum. Memakai 'bathok dalam istilah Bahasa Jawa tempat minum yang terbuat dari tempurung kelapa.
Dengan menggunakan sepeda onthel atau sepeda motor setiap hari ibu-ibu ini mulai menjajakan jamu ke kampung-kampung. Mereka melakukan pekerjaan ini untuk membantu perekonomian suami mereka dan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan keluarganya.
 Jamu Kiringan Sentra is a tourist village area located in the Kiringan hamlet, Canden Village, Jetis District, Bantul Regency. A unique thing can be found in the Kiringan village, where 80% of the mothers are sellers of traditional herbal medicine. Herbs that when served must go through the compounding process first before drinking. To use 'bathok' in Javanese terms for drinking containers made from coconut shells.
By using bicycle or motorbike every day these mothers began peddling herbal medicine in the villages. They do this work to help their husband's economy and to meet the needs of his family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desa wisata yang menyajikan daya tarik berupa pengolahan jamu tradisional. Desa Wisata Jamu Kiringan juga didukung dengan landscape pemandangan sawah dan pedesaan yang masih asri. Wisatawan juga tidak perlu khawatir karena juga telah tersedia homestay dan paket-paket wisata yang ditawarkan melalui website. Masyarakat setempat juga sangat welcome dan ramah terhadap tamu.

Pusat jamu gendong yang merupakan warisan nenek moyang turun temurun yang wajib untuk terus dilestarikan. Disini dapat belajar mengenai proses pembuatan jamu gendong dari awal hingga akhir. Terdapat homestay yang nyaman untuk ditinggali.

Martips: Kalo kalian baru pertama ke sini, tanya aja di sembarang tempat, misal warung gitu, terus nanya di mana yang jual jamu, tumbas deh, happy tumbas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mungkin aku dateng ke sini kepagian atau tidak tau spot penjual jamu yang paling ok, mulai dari patung ibu jamu gendong sampai nembus ke sentra rempeyek tidak menemukan satu pun kios, toko maupun warung jamu. apalagi tempat atau pabrik pembuatan jamu tradisionalnya.
belom jadi pulang dengan mencicip apalagi membawa pulang jamu hasil olahan warga kiringan.
maybe I came here early or didn't know where the best herbal medicine seller spots were, from the statue of the herbal medicine mother carrying her until it penetrated the peanut brittle center, I didn't find a single stall, shop or herbal medicine shop. especially the place or factory for making traditional herbal medicine.
I haven't gone home by tasting it, let alone bringing home the herbal products processed by the local residents.
