Knyataannya hri biasa jm 15.00 sdh tutup!! Enak bgt krja di sni ya...?!?
 It's a mess.... it says working hours 7.30-17.00 weekdays (I'm not sure... at 08.00 at playanan) Friday until 16.00
In fact, normal days at 15.00 are closed!! It's great to work here, isn't it...?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suami udah ngajuin data dari 3 bln yg lalu dari pas saya lahiran , sampe sekarang nama anak saya blm terdaftar juga di kk , kk nya di cek masih blm update juga . Padahal nama anak saya mau saya daftarin untuk bpjs kesehatan .
Kerja nya pada ngapain aja sih ?
Cuma tinggal update data aja kok lama banget ?
My husband has submitted data from 3 months ago from when I was born, until now my child's name has not been registered with the family family, the family member has been checked and it hasn't been updated either. Even though I want to register my child's name for the health bpjs.
What's his job doing?
It's just a matter of just updating the data, why is it taking so long?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg buruk. Mau ngurus sesuatu, tp gak bisa tatap muka wajar lagi masa pandemi. Harus online via wa. Tp masalahnya dari bln agustus 2021 sampai februari 2022 setiap wa gak di balas. Trus pertengahan februari 2022 saya ke disdukcapil jakpus. Pas saya tanya2 di suruh wa no yg kemraen lagi dan sama aja gak di bls. Kita di depan saat nge chat, trus securitynya nyuruh duduk di dalam. Tp karyawan ptsp yg namanya herli ini gak ngebolehin duduk di ruang tunggu alasannya krn gak ada tatap muka. Padahal di dalam ada dua orang yg duduk di ruang tunggu. Sementar saya bersama ibu hamil.
